Very helpful and polite staff even with language barrier things were addressed quickly and respectfully. The guests only lounge area was a great benefit. The no natural light coming through the windows but that isnt really a huge issue.

Room is spacious, beds are pretty comfy, good value Check in was standard, staff was somehow rude, location is convenient but close to bars/clubs, not necessary good for young kids

I wish the snack station opened earlier. But everything else was perfect.

Everything was amazing, including the location, staff and athletics. There was a musky humid feeling and smell in the room.

We had the room painted all black, which had a very cool wow factor and great for sleeping, however the bathroom was incredibly dark and made it hard to see. Very small critique everything else was great

The location was great. A few blocks away from Shinsaibashi. There were konbinis and restaurants all around as well. There is also a free lounge at the ground floor that was really excellent. They had coffee, drinks, beer, wine and even small snacks and cake. This was our favorite part of the stay. The rooms were more spacious that normal Osaka hotels too, it was great for a family with kids. The rooms were a little musty and the aircon was dirty. The toilets had an old smell too.

Value for money for staying is really good. Close to everything as well. Not to busy area and good cheap eats too. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great attention to detail which made this stay luxurious and comfortable. We booked quite far in advance and were able to get to great rate. Would stay again when I travel back to Osaka.

The hotel is located in the heart of Shinsaibashi, close to the train station. It's rare to find such a large hotel room at a reasonable price. There is plenty of space for children to move around, and the bathtub is huge.

I like how clean the rooms were. The service in the hotel was really nice and easy. Friendly helpful staff. The room was dark. No windows.

The room is super spacious! Amenities such as towels were provided more than the number pf guests in room! The lounge was great! If only we could have hot coffee too in the morning! The bath tube with water jets is a delightful plus point! - having to carry luggages up a small flight of steps. - not enough places to hang clothes and towels in bathroom - no lock on main bathroom door.

No windows in the bedroom - good for one night

Very spacious, clean room with a great bathtub. Close to metro and shopping centre. We also enjoyed lounge with free beverages ? Everything was ok.
