Common areas were clean, complete, and never full. I also requested for a lower bed since no one was occupying, staff was very accommodating. Pillow is a bit hard and locker is a bit small

t's super close to Dotonbori and right next door to tons of great restaurants and eateries. This spot is perfect if you only need a place for a quick trip, maybe one or two nights. It also felt very safe, and getting around is a breeze since it's perfectly connected to the metro system. Not many social areas. It was a little bit hot in the rooms (I went in November) and not the best design layout.

Really really dusty, not clean

Every large room size, comfortably to manage my luggage. Ac auto switch better heating mode and cool mode so I wake up in the middle of the night many times because room is too hot. And can’t be better if have free drinking water at common room.

The location is not bad. So far so good. Other travellers are very noisy. The bed size is a bit small. , Any other more effective way to notify us the password of the lift and room door had been changed ?

Very well located! Good structure, safe and quiet for the area. The staff were great! The shower were clean, the washing machine were very convenient, the bedding was clean and soft. The shampoo were great! Well, although it does have great structure, it was not very clean. It might be some guests fault, but there were dust everywhere, even in the bed headboard, flakes of dust balls behind doors and floors. Meaning it is not vacuumed nor dusted ever.. the girls also leave hair and splash water all over the sink all the time. Plus! There are cameras right outside the shower rooms and by the sink..

The bed was very uncomfortable and smelled bad. The pillow was terrible. Everything seemed to be designed specifically to make noise, even if you tried not to make any noise.

The place and location was excellent near to the all stires and market,supermarket and dotonbori and subway

Everything about this hostel is quite nice, great location, very secure, and the rooms are big and you feel quite private and cozy in your bed. The only problem is that all of the shared common areas are very, very dirty. The floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks and I would be surprised if the walls have ever been clean. It’s a shame because the facilities seem quite new and the rooms themselves are clean. Would’ve enjoyed my time here a lot more if it was taken care of a bit better.

It was good location and good amount of space in the rooms The sharing bathroom had often a dirty and sticky floor, but I suppose to keep it clean is also in the comune sense of the guest, and unfortunately some of theme didn’t have it

Is a really nice hostel if you like to party since is right in shinsaibashi which is a big party district, nearby the station and restaurants. The bed space is very limited but is decent if you only use it to sleep, only thing is that you have to expect to be wake up a lot by other guests in the room since usually don’t care of the noise, mainly in the morning.

Loved this hostel! Comfortable clean and the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city

Good: - Location near 2 metro stations - Capsule like dorm beds Bad: - Extremely unsanitary/dirty overall, toilets had fecal matter also on walls, dorm room smelt mold/cheesy, no duvet cover just a sheet. - Kitchen and common room dirty floors, stained sofas and dirty utensils. - Strange persons staying / entering dorms in middle of night.

Very good
