Excellent location right in the heart of things Spacious room and bathroom older style but clean and amazing value

Location The hotel staff was not very welcoming when we arrived. I am used to a warm welcome but it felt like we were bothering them. The customer service was not what I am used to in Japan. When we arrived, the guy that works the first desk just looked at us and continued to sweep. This was when we were trying to drop our bags off. Then when we tried to check in, another guy was not in the best mood.

They don't clean the room everyday

We were upgraded to a bigger room. Also the location is also next to Dotonbori the room had a jacuzzi that wouldn't work, neither would the door cards to get in the room, We had the front desk give us replacements but they were just as bad. Imagine trying 8 to 9 times just to get into your room each time. How frustrating. Also what is the point of a jacuzzi if it doesn't work!

Spacious room

Comfortable Only disappointment was the massage chair in our room was not the same model as the one in my daughter’s room which was more updated.

It was a comfortable space for 3 people for one night. The bathroom layout is nice, with a very large wet-room (shower/tub area). This hotel is situated in a part of Shinsaibashi lined with night clubs, bars and restaurants, and very close to the even more crowded area of Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi shopping street, but the room was very quiet and you could not hear the noise. There are amenities available in the lobby (cotton buds, toothbrushes, etc.) The room is good for a short stay. There is not much to dislike if you're here for the night or two. Just wanted to note to others staying longer, there is no closet. Our (family) room had a line of hooks mounted beside the door with a few hangers. There is no microwave in the room, but there is a microwave in the lobby.

The hotel is well located in the central area of Osaka. It’s a 5 min walk from the mail street and entertainment area. If you are looking for the action this is the place for you, if you are looking for quiet rest this may not work. The bathroom areas are large and nice. We had to shorten our reservation by one day due to flight changes and the staff were extremely unhelpful. The reception didn’t know English and was not open to a conversation using translate. She was not open to any accommodation from the hotel side and we ended up paying the extra night. Additionally the room was very small for 3 people and the bath tab did not work. The receptionist did not provide any support for that as well. Note there is no cleaning or extra towels although we were supposed to stay 4 nights.

No daily cleaning and the refrigerator was leaking inside.

Location Our first room smelled of mold. We had to ask for a different room. The second room was better

The Location As usually mostly Hotels rooma ia japan is small
-
Convenient location & easy to get into the heart tourist area of Osaka. Room & bathroom comfy and spacious. Staff are nice and helpful. They don’t provide regular four-star standard housekeeping. Though on request they still did a thorough cleaning for our room. Lobby is small. Mostly there’s no staff at front desk but they will turn up immediately when you ring

Room Size is fine for 4 people. Location is also fine for shopping and dining. Only Water for the first day. No vending machine so we need to walk a while late at night to find some more drinks.

I liked everything about this hotel. Nothing negative.
-
Spacious for Japan hotel.
-
Location was ideal and easily accessible Clean sheets on the cleaning days would have been nice
-
Good location, good room size Everything was good
-
Good hairdryer. Shower had excellent water pressure. Linens were clean. The room pictures on the website do not match condition of the room. There is soap scum all over the back of the bathroom sinks. The room is in dire need of upgrading. Location is in the centre of brothels and their red light district right downstairs. It was so bad that we checked out a day early and when we told the staff, they simply smiled and nodded.

It is a room only hotel. The corridor is on the courtyard this quote cold in the winter. The heater is an AC unit and only warms up the room and not the CR . But the price is lower so I guess this is what we got at this value. Location
