Th location is absulutely awesome, the staff cleaned the room as requested.

The room was great! Perfect size for a single traveler. Room under bed for luggage and space to wash and dry hair. The card system to enter your room and the elevator made it easy to get around. Hotel was right in the middle of Osakan nightlife, Family Mart was a 40 second walk from the hotel. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby and a short 15-20 min walk to other major stores/areas. I could go to a girls bar, drink for hours, then stumble back to the apartment safely. Will 100% come back to this location on my next visit. There is no ac in the room. Just a heater. I opened the window but it still wasn't cold enough. The bed sheets are also very hot. This is a problem with all of Japan as the Japanese people have colder bodies. If you are an American prepare to sleep in light clothes.

They had a scale to weigh suitcases Dirty room - bathroom had junk in the cracks. Opening the window the entire window casing had dirt The room felt cramped like a bad cruise stateroom

It's simply a small room, especially since I was sharing with my partner. Not much to say, but I still loved the place!

Excellent connecting room for 4 people. Very good location with no noise in the night time. Breakfast was not buffet and only limited options. Mainly beef on the breakfast menu.

Maybe if we had control of the AC it would have been even more great than it was, but it wasn’t a biggie. Everything else was great!

Pillows are terrible Early ahd late check out are just crazy. You can ser the hotel is out there for shareholders as they do not have a “caring” thinking towards guest.

Confusing instructions, too many emails, smell of paint, toilet that didn't flush, room that didn't look like photos

The location is very good. Close to Dontombori and markets and train. It was clean and they watched our luggage before check in time. Breakfast was also good. The room is typically small as most Japanese hotel rooms are.
