This hotel is located at a very convenient spot. Train station, shopping streets,restaurants and convenient stores are available at a very short distance. I would say as a tourist who is in to exploring the city than enjoying a stay in the hotel , this hotel serves the purpose. Rooms are quite small like every hotel in Japan but it provides you all the amenities and services you need. Staff is incredibly helpful and very hospitable. Great stay! Location and the service

Close to a mall, Dontonbori, 7/11, and other cool areas just a walk away. It had a washer and dryer, vending machine for drinks on the 2nd floor. There were hair tools and other devices you could rent for free ! Staff were always helpful and kind! Bathrooms in hotel rooms smell a bit like urine. The washer and dryer combo does not dry clothes well and you have to do multiple runs on the dryer

Very close to the Metro station and Dotonbori Street and major shopping centers were in a walkable distance and spacious room too with all the amenities that you need. Breakfast was good and fresh but not much variety.

Great location. Just steps away from Shinsaibashi Shopping Street and you go through that all the way down to Dotonbori area. Also so near the subway, which was accessible via an underground shopping gallery with food options, great for escaping away from the cold winds. It's actually in a bar area but it didn't bother us at all. Room was comfortable, though of course not super spacious. Great amenities. Able to use the dining room outside of breakfast hours. Everything was great.

Fast check in and check out. Stuff could speak English well. Size of bath Place where hotel located is really dirty. I had uncleaned room, on the table it was coffee stains from mug. Three is no sound insulation, I could here other people through the door really clearly
