Good location

Kind service. Onigiri very good and made fresh by nice lady behind counter Lobby busy times but manageable during breakfast and happy hour

The room was smaller than what we expected, I had gotten rooms of the same size throughout Japan and had more room than this one so we weren’t sure if the size told to us was accurate or not. Or if they gave us the wrong room.

The location is great, near the station. Great place near shopping area, the room they can do better but it’s expected if you stay in Japan. Not too big not too small, but if you stay with kid can be really crowded and uncomfortable, the room is clean they give us clean towels everyday. They provide snacks in the evening, after you walk around and feel tired is good to go back to the hotel for little snack and drink. I really appreciate it. And for people who like to drink alcohol beverages they do provide at night time for free. The breakfast menu, I hope they can provide us more international menu such as egg, ham, fried noddle etc, not the same thing everyday (onigiri), 1st day I tried it. It’s not my liking. I stopped taking it. The provide 2 kind of cereal the same cereal every morning. They need to be more creative for breakfast. They don’t have a specific room for dinning. The breakfast area at the front of reception, and can be really crowded, uncomfortable not enough chairs and space to move around. They just have one staff and she likes a police officer check everyone takes 2 onigiri.

It was in a popular and busy part of town, with easy access to lots of stores and activities.

This is our second time here and we love the friendly staff, the location is perfect (close to train station and everything else)
-
The room was very small for 3 people. The is not enough room for luggages.
-
Ease of checking in and out. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed that breakfast is included and there's snack in the afternoon and drinks at night. The location is perfect for us (train station and shopping) We highly recommend this hotel None

Close to shopping, restaurant and train stations Stayed for 11 nights. 2nd time we requested to clean the room, they only changed our towels and got the garbage. That was it. The toilet was not cleaned. The bed was not made. Dirt on the floor still there. Breakfast not good.

good value and good location for those wanting to be near shinsaibashi and nagahoribashi stations. good bathroom, mattress, and pillows for a value hotel. quick, delicious, and convenient breakfast. nothing to complain about.

The hotel was located right across the access to the train station, which made it extremely convenient for my friends and I. Our rooms were clean, and supplied with clean, fresh towels daily. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was included with our stay. The quality and variety of onigiri was amazing, as was the breads, pastries, and we also loved the miso soup! Thank you also for the additional locker spaces to store our luggage upon checkout. Too many clean, fresh towels were actually waiting for me each day, outside of my room. I would suggest perhaps delivering clean, fresh towels, only when requested, or when guests leave out their used towels to exchange for clean ones. That would reduce the work your employees need to do. But, the thought and actions were appreciated.

Convenient location and very inexpensive. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly when you need to interact with them. They stayed very much behind the scenes. Being an English-only speaker was not a problem, the staff were easy to communicate with. Happy hour drinks were interesting. The whole dinosaur registration. It was cute but didn't seem efficient. Size of room was small and cramped. Breakfast was basically snack food.
-
Nice breakfast included for the price, plus some amenities you don’t usually get at this price point. There was a light snack bar with cookies and refreshments after breakfast ended for most of the afternoon, then for those that like to indulge, they had alcoholic beverages for you to help yourself to for a few hours in the evenings. Great location as well. I don’t have any complaints
-
We had some problems during check-in because the machines didn't work properly. Staff was nice enough to help us.
-
Great location, clean room, free luggage storage before/after checkin/out.
-
They provide breakfast, tea and dinner snacks. Delicious onigiri stall at the back of the hotel -

Rooms were very very small and cramped. Not a fan of self service and breakfast was not worth the price. Very inconvenienced to visit other rooms S especially with family.
