In a decent location I experienced a water leak in the room

Good water pressure, hot water comes in fast, and toilet room is separated from shower room, it is not usual in western style hotels in Japan, but I like it. The guest can’t open the room windows without a key from the front desk, it is a little bit of inconvenient.

Very clean hotel with helpful staff, pretty central location to most attractions. Compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan, it is pretty small, just room for the beds and one small section for a desk/mini fridge. The breakfast was ok but I wish there was more variety.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, there are two convenient stores around the corners, and the 24 hrs grocery store a few minutes away. Although the room size is ok, but the chair is way too small , no back support. And refrigerator is small and not deep enough for food, only for small bottles of drinks.

The room had everything we needed even though it was small. A/C cooled the room down fast, shower had amazing water pressure, toiletries provided, and staff were friendly and accommodating (and spoke amazing English). The only complaint we have is that the room is really, really, tight, and doesn’t have a lot of room to move around. Only a small hanging space with about 4 hangers, and no drawers or shelves to store anything. There is room to store bags under the bed.

Location

The bed might be a little bit too big for the room size, but i'm sure many travellers would prefer a large bed like this. Also, toiled separately from the shower is a bit inconvenient.

Great location close to Shinsaibashi-Suj market. Friendly staff. The room (twin bed) was quite big. It was not possible to open the windows

Location is good for that value Room is too small, it has seperatare toilet but it smells like urine all the time, inadequate ventilation. Our room overlooked the building's empty space so we didnt have fresh air durşng the stay.

Had a funny but not negative experience during check in when the staff asked me would I like the hotel breakdown info sheet in Japanese or Chinese (because my legal name is in Chinese) but English is my first language so I asked for English instead. I appreciate that they immediately apologized.

Good location in a quiet street but near the Subway stations and city center. Restaurants, cafés, konbini (lawson & family mart) nearby. Very calm and clean hotel with facilities inside (laundry room). The room was quite comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The room was pretty clear and comfortable. Easy to catch up sighseeing..

Coffee and some small amenities are for a fee

Easy walk to multiple metro lines Coin laundry was convenient Simple but affordable breakfast Our room smelled like cigarettes and air fresheners even though we were 3 floors away from the smoking floor. And the shower was moldy.
