The bed was very very firm. My back was hurting after.

The location was perfect. The room was very noisy. The window could not block the road noise. The bathroom ventilation system seems to be missing. Probably, because of that, the room was quite hot. The AC's power was not strong enough.

The location is great, right near an event I was attending. There is also a Family Mart right outside and a Tully's Coffee in the lobby, so it was easy to grab any food or coffee quickly. I could relax in the onsen and I enjoyed the massage chairs available in the spa lounge area. The room was a good size and had plenty of space. I think the pillows were not very comfortable. I woke up with very strong pain in my neck and shoulders.

The location and the staff My room was too louder fue to the highway and also there has an issue with the isolator. Also, the bath air extractor works terrible and despite to tell the staff, they checked it but nothing changed. The bed was too uncomfortable even to be Japan

They provide baby bed and cleaning service was wonderful. Morning breakfast buffet was the best feast.

The onsen was clean , room and bathroom clean The breakfast was poor, mostly cold . For a European there wasn’t much there. For a Japanese customer also a bit sad. We had a buffet dinner there on arrival and the standard was not great

The room was spacious and had a nice city view. The amenitites provided in the room were nice. The spa / public baths were very relaxing, clean and had a variety of options. The bed was a little hard for my liking. Train stations were a little further away from the hotel than I had realised. Front desk staff were not very helpful with regard to storing of bags and access to a bathroom prior to leaving the city.

Everything was excellent! We enjoyed breakfast and food, and the service was excellent. The room was bigger for a family size, and the two spare bathrooms had plenty of space.

Great hotel with an amazing structure, and a very convenient location , the only problem that we had was with the smell of the toilet and the carpet was kinda dusty but still a great experience for short trips .

The hotel is very nice, with quality public areas. The rooms are nice, but slightly less than the public areas. The restaurant was good with nice food & good service. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was good & the views from the 14th floor bar are quite extensive on a clear night. I didn't have any drawers in my room, although my son had & when I queried this with reception they advised that it was to do with the size of the rooms booked & wouldn't supply any drawer units. This was inconvenient for a week long stay. The rooms were a good size & while they would have benefitted from an upgrade to fit in with the rest of the hotel, they were comfortable.

Hotel staff experience was great no issues. And besides the common “room was so small” comment I’m sure everyone makes, the real only issue I had with City Plaza Osaka was the room ventilation/humidity. I could not sleep for more than 4 hours a night when i stayed. Stuffy/runny nose 30 mins into getting back into the room from a long day of walking doesn’t jive well either trying to get shut eye. The air was so dry my throat was acting up. I had the humidifier on but no where was options to put the water in so my wife and I were just breathing in warm dry air because the AC doesn’t get cold enough. Staff was of great help. It was just the rooms. Not that they were dirty, but more-so not well maintained as far as dusting and ventilation.
