Daiwa Roynet Hotel Osaka Sakaisuji Honmachi PREMIER

The hotel had comfortable beds and larger rooms that were more to an American standard. Staff was unhelpful and locked me out of my room when I had requested a late check out. They still had the audacity to charge me for the late check out fee

The property was truly excellent, especially in terms of location and convenience. Convenience stores and the nearest train station were both just a minute away, with easy connectivity to major stations across Osaka. The hotel was also only a short cab ride from the city’s main attractions and key transport hubs, making it an ideal base for exploring Osaka. Coming to the property itself, the rooms were admittedly on the smaller side, but that is fairly standard across most hotels in Japan and certainly not a drawback specific to Daiwa. What truly stood out were the thoughtful amenities available at the reception, including excellent face cleansers, hair oils, and more. The rooms also featured ReFa hair appliances, which added a really luxurious touch to the overall stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Instead of the usual buffet-style setup most hotels offer, the hotel provides breakfast coupons that can be redeemed for individual meals — each one simple, light, thoughtfully prepared, and incredibly satisfying. A particularly convenient touch was that if you happened to miss breakfast on any day, the unused coupon could easily be transferred and used on another morning during your stay. We landed in Osaka and chose to check in here and stay at a hotel in Osaka itself, and this one raised the bar too high. Simple, well maintained, easy around, all within an affordable budget. Nothing :)

The breakfast wasn’t very good and the selection was limited

The size of room is considered large in Japan and we can move around comfortably. There are two small sofas and one small table which we can used to take rest comfortably. There are two rubbish bins and two box tissues in the room which is a very thoughtful arrangement. The hotel has provided everything guests need and the instructions are clear. The cleansing foam at the washing basin can be used for hand, face and shaving beard which is terrific! Not only is it convenient, it is not dry and I like the smell too! There is stinky smell at the toilet. The water that comes out of the electric kettle is smelly as well. We can only use the bottle water provided by the hotel. The air conditioning is too quiet. Even when we turn on full fan power, it does not "sound" right but actually the room gets cooler soon. We just need time.

I can’t say anything bad about it, it was exceptionally good, spacious room with toilet and bathroom divided, which was very convenient, they even had the hair straightening iron, perfect location, only one station from main area, very comfortable mattress, we loved it Nothing, it was perfect

Location, facilities, standards , soundproofing ,design,lighting etc Just the fact that no windows could be opened even an inch. We appreciate and understand the safety precautions but the feeling of “cage” like is disturbing!

The hotel was modern, clean and staff were friendly. Great amenities provided in the reception, laundry area was great. The room was perfect for a short stay. Great having a bath too instead of just a shower Double bed felt smaller than a double size. The hotel was a further walk to the main centre than I expected but I don't mind walking and it is close to a subway

Location Lage Booking had arranged two double rooms with two double beds for five person including one child of 10 years. The front desk was extremely difficult and unable to cope with the situation. In addition the breakfast was the worst breakfast we had during our 2 weeks trip through Japan.

Good hotel in the Osaka business district. Small but comfortable room. The hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant and the breakfast is served in adjacent coffee shop of quite medium quality.
