Everything was awesome, being able to grab a coffee and biscuit late at night was nice.

It was a decent hotel, but after staying at the same chain in Tokyo we expected a bit more. This location felt less boutique, less clean, less quiet, and more touristy overall. However, it was still a nice place and we really don’t have anything serious to complain about. The breakfast staff helped us with our gluten-free needs, which was very important and much appreciated, but in my opinion the other breakfast options could be improved. The reception desk staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is a bit far from the main attractions, and the view from the window was not the best - facing a wall and some AC units. Breakfast mostly offered sandwiches and felt more focused on quick, filling options rather than healthier choices. More variety and some healthier options would be a nice improvement.

Hotel was perfect. Love the vibe. The rooftop bar was great. Room was spacious and very food for a family of 4. Breakfast was delicious. They have free beer and DJ for us to enjoy The only thing is the subway is about 10 min walk and with rain was a little far.

it’s a good value, it was clean. and it had on site laundry services. good for a family with the bunk bed room. our room smelled when we arrived. it looks nicer in pictures.

I am so sad we did not stay here for longer. BEAUTIFUL hotel, free beer in the evenings, fun events, and beautiful spaces.

The rooms where nice and clean. The staff was very nice and the room included a lot. Free beer for an hour every night, feel amenities and also free coffee and tea. The location was great and very close to the metro line.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was such a great stay after busy Tokyo. The rooftop bar was very cool and we enjoyed the overall atmosphere a lot.

This is a small dislike but the hot bath on our balcony had a smell. It’s totally understandable since it is outdoors and I was still able to enjoy it.

Modern, neat and tidy. Has a nice vibe. Friendly staff and lots of goodies like free beer. Bed was very small (narrow) and uncomfortable. Can’t speak for all rooms and all beds but our experience was not great.

Came and got a room with a very high bed that is particularly dangerous to sleep on. I did reserve the room but as this is nothing but a standard room, unless you are aware pf tjos option yoi cant know what to expect. Tjisbis npt standard anywhere else and thus has to be clearly explained on the site. I was then told that there is onlya larger room adn I will have to upgrade and pay. I refused. After some back and forth, the hotel kindly upgraded at no cost. Male sure to clearly explain. Looking at the exoression of some of the hotel staff it was clear that this is not the first time. Thanks
