Hotel Route Inn Osaka Honmachi

It was everything I needed it to be: clean, courteous service, good options for breakfast, etc. Nothing!

I enjoyed everything about my stay! The staff was super nice and helpful, for the breakfast many Japanese dishes were served which was extremely delicious! The location is great as well, it is relatively close to all of the attraction, and if someone prefers subway, subway station is like 5 minutes away. There are many conveniences stores around :)

Onsen is nice and the breakfast is above average. Room is small, but this is expected. Blanket a bit too warm for spring and summer.

Very close to Awaza station. Easy to get to. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is great with good choice for non Japanese travellers. Check in time is 3 pm although baggage can be left. No washrooms available for travellers who get there early so take a restroom break before getting to hotel. Staff are polite but not accommodating and know rudimentary English.

Staff are very helpful. Has luggage scale, free good breakfast. Room is big enough to open luggage. Quiet neighborhood There is a big store nearby Has a public bath area The nearby station does not have elevator. Clearly need to upgrade their toilet seats or change the shower curtain

Mixed types of foods on breakfasts restaurant, quiet place, overall good experience with the room I believe nothing really, it was a perfect experience staying here for the price/quality aspect.

It's very near the station

i didnt like anythink at this hotel i call them night late and ask them aout parking, they told me they have availible parking. but i arrived 00:40 at the hotel but at that time after long long drive they told me they dont have parking. after that answer also they are not continue to help me and i should just search by myself and found parking around hote. they accept i leave my car front of hotel after my complain room was small, there were no goods at the bathroom, the first hotel in japan i've been and they didn't put the bottle of water in room, breakfast time people are too much and food was not enough. not water when i shower it was only hot water

The hotel location is a stone throw away from Awaza station so it is not too tiring to drag the luggage from the station although the exit is only with stairs. Vending machine in every level is super good! The breakfast timing arrangement is too early and too short. I also have difficulties communicating with the staff but it was small issue.

Breakfast was good. The room is abit small although we booked for a double room.

Common Bath, breakfast. The hotel staff didn’t give any reply to queries. They refused to give me the receipt of my stay and are still continuing to neglect my request for the receipt. For business purposes, a receipt from hotel is very important. And a behavior like this is not acceptable. It can lead to the monetary loss to your customer. If there’s any confusion between the hotel and booking.com, they should solve it by themselves and customer should not be involved in this mess.

Good location close to the metro and the in house onsen was nice. Breakfast ok for western preference. Room was small which I know is standard for Japan but it seemed smaller than Japanese rooms I'd used in the past. I had quite a bit of luggage and it was difficult to fit it all in the room! I booked a smoking room by mistake and when I asked to change they said I couldn't. The Aircon blew hot air despite being on the coldest setting and the extractor just seemed to bring in more of the smoky smell.
