We stay here every time we visit Osaka. It's located in a nice neighborhood across from the park, but the subway isn't far away for easy access to the rest of the city. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Nothing.

Breakfast was really good. Nice and friendly staff. Mattress was a bit hard. Noisy street due to rooms face Main busy Street.

The room was surprisingly large and very comfortable, with a great view of the city lights. Everything was spotless and cozy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Don’t let the very basic reception area fool you — I was a bit worried at first, but the room turned out to be excellent. Great value for money and would definitely stay again.

Be aware of last minutes offer which sometimes is half price of what you booked a week earlier. No reply to my request of price match

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great to walk to be submerged into the local environment and it was always close to travel with taxi to the hot spots such as the running man and universal.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The location is excellent. Good value for central Osaka. (1) Front desk staff asked to see a passport, though I booked with a Japanese address. I spoke with them in Japanese and it was clear that I am not a tourist. When I told them that I live in Japan, the staff member asked to see my 在留カード, though it is not legal for them to do that. Only government organisations may ask for the 在留カード. I do not like having to explain the legality of this request and staff should be educated on this matter. (2) Someone banged very loudly on my door and rang the doorbell early in the morning while I was still asleep. No one was there when I answered the door. During checkout I was told that it was probably a staff member who did it, but that they were no long on duty. This was strange and disturbing and spoiled my otherwise comfortable stay at the hotel.

Very spacious, clean, and quiet. Excellent location. Excellent and helpful staff. Nothing. We love it.

Close to station, easy to get around to as two subway lines in Awaza. Also bus stop just in front of the hotel that goes to Osaka station. Two supermarkets that closes late nearby. Nice park just across the street. They don’t have many rooms so it’s nice and quiet, room decent size. All staff were super polite and accommodating.

Staff was very accommodating. We appreciated a larger room for our 4 night stay. The room was super clean. As a coffee drinker the coffee machine was fabulous. Our breakfast each morning was perfect. For our itinerary the location was difficult at times. That being said, it was a great hotel.

Hotel was good location, clean and staff great. Had coin operated laundry machines and free ice. Singles rooms on lower floor had some road noise but it wasn’t too bad. Breakfast was set Japanese option only and would have liked choice.
