I liked the effectiveness of the check in/check out. The staff was also very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything specially onsen

I enjoyed Onsen bath twice a day during my stay. There is a free self service bar/drinks from 5 to 9 pm. There is a well designed cafeteria area with coffee machine for you to sit and relax. To me, it's value for money overall. Bus stop is just 50 meters away. It took about 7 min walk to the metro station where a supermarket is next to. The room is rather small. The free bar was crowded. Sometimes you can hear the traffic noise during night time.

Beyond that. Great onsen. Hot and cold tubs plus a sauna. The ability to pick out your own pillow is a nice touch. And the first floor lounge is very nice. I would be happy to return to this hotel

The stuff was very kind and supportive, even after checking out!! The onsen was a great experience too, I recommend it at least once! Breakfast was tasty. The room was very small, and made it difficult with our big luggage around. We were hoping for an upgrade since we were celebrating our honeymoon, although we never asked for it.

The staff is super friendly and some of them spoke English and were super patient with my poor nihongo. The breakfast is very nice with many options. They offer soft drinks from a machine, as well coffee complementary in the lobby. The location is very good near a metro station. The onsen is really nice and they offer a huge variety of amenities such as shampoo conditioner and facial products to use while you are there. The spa is really good I had an amazing foot massage. The hotel is super clean. The rooms are silent and private. They offer a pillow menu at the entrance. They offer pajamas complementary too. I mean this hotel is fabulous, as a hotelier I can only thank you for the amazing experience.

Breakfast was included with my stay and it was outstanding in terms of selection but don’t be late as everything disappears exactly at 9 AM. I didn’t like my room or the Onsen. Both felt outdated and claustrophobic.

Very good stay, albeit short 1 night. The room is small but well designed, they provide pajamas and multiple amenities. The onsen and sauna are really nice. The staff is very helpful and service oriented. Breakfast and included drinks are a real plus!

The hotel is just a few stops away from Dotonbori or Osaka station, and if you can walk a bit, it's even walkable, to be honest. Public transportation options are right around the hotel: bus or metro. The hotel itself has all the amenities you need, but the rooms are quite small, even smaller than they appear in pictures. Apart from that, the amenity bar, hot spring, good spread of Japanese breakfast, and custom pillow options are all worth mentioning. 7-Eleven is just around the corner.

Very friendly staff and easy check-in process. This property has lots of cool amenities - bathhouse for guests only, a library of different pillows, a free daily happy hour, etc. The hotel was very tech forward and rooms were small but comfortable.

Onsen is awesome - make sure to buy a coffee-milk afterwards! Breakfast is awesome - add the breakfast, you won't be disappointed! Free coffee / other drinks and friendly staff! Seems the hotel is getting a reno, as the main floors are quite neat and new looking. Room was a bit older looking, but no issue really! Washroom is a bit small, but it's your own, so can't complain for the price! Location might be a bit far for some, but again, it's just a few stops from Namba and a few steps. You can walk over to the river park area minutes and then up to the Castle! Easy!

I enjoyed the free amenities and the seamless check in experience. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean. Sometimes when looking for pillows they were all taken. But you can ask the staff and they’ll provide you with them if you don’t see them.

I don't like the location because no easy access from Airport and not convenient with public transportation.

Second super hotel in my trip ! Good service, facilities in the hotel and good location !
