Very convenient. Bus stops and train stations are accessible. There's also a convenient store near.

It was spacious and in a quite neighborhood. They had free coffee by the lobby and a welcome drink at the vending machine.

The location is great because it's in a quiet area. Plus, it's just a few hundred meters away from the Awaza subway stn. The neighborhood is clean and very walkable. The AC in the room works perfectly which is very important. Even though the bathroom is quite small, it was clean. And the breakfast (included) had a decent variety of good healthy food. I'll definitely come back.

The soundproofing of the room was not good, you could hear the children crying next door and the elevator running all night long

The area is close to lots of trendy restaurants. It’s a little dated, but still a good value. W

The hotel is located in 10-12 min walk from an underground station with the pavement not really smooth so may be complicated to carry the luggage. Other than the above, it is a great value for money.

The check in was really kind and helped me find the station and where I needed to go I had spoken to staff before check in telling me I could have my luggage transported. This was why I booked due to traveling to Tokyo. They then told me at check out that no they do not support this service. Then trying to locate some left behind items they have ignored me through the booking.com app.

It’s good. We really feel comfortable.. but the bathroom had cracks on the sink inside.. it’s not good for me.. totally good.. Thank you. Bathroom sink inside cracks feel me uncomfortable..

The staff are so helpful at night and morning. Facilities were fine The broken basin, the Internet, was disconnecting every 2 minutes. Extremely bad ??
