The hotel offers happy hour and coffee There is no subway station near to the hotel so you end up walking a lot

Very accessible to train stations, restaurants, convenient stores, shops, World Expo Osaka and etc. Staffs are very courteous and friendly. The hotel’s foods are so good. There’s a laundry in the hotel, very convenient. No need to go out of the hotel to drop it in the coin laundry especially during rainy days First time to experience 1 towel in the room. If you want one, you have to pay for 100 yen. Only a little amount but still surprise with the hotel’s system.

So close to metro station and Train station, and places to eat. Convenience stores all around. The self service check in is great.

Quite standard for a chain establishment, cleanliness is top priority which made my stay enjoyable. None.

Room was very big and comfortable and had all the required amenities I was explained that to save costs, they only do cleaning once every 5 days

The Breakfast was enough for the start of the day, people was standing in que already 6;30. Very crowded Pillow wasn't too high for me, but there was only one choice.
