Location close to a couple of metro stations but still far from the city center. The old lady greeted me when i arrived and i didn’t see her in all of the seven days i stayed there. Even on check out day she send a message instead of saying goodbye. I felt unsafe at times bcoz nobody was ever around and the building door was sometimes unlocked. There are 27 steep steps up to the first floor. The hallway is always cold. The AC in my room was so old that it took ages to warm the room up. The kettle was dirty and the pillow was almost flat. There were hairs of the previous guest. There was no water fountain or complimentary tea bags as is usually the case in other places. I felt very unwelcome. Not once in seven days have i had a word with the person who runs the place, bcoz she was never to be seen. There was a prevailing smell of dampness. Although the bathroom and toilets seem to have been renovated, the matress, pillow and bed were a bit old as well as the furniture in the so called “lobby”. Street noise could be heard far too well.

Great location and great atmosphere, you can tell your helping out the 3 ladies that lives there...not a multinational hotel chain... It's got stairs..and is a little poky..but it's just what you need

It's a great place, very relaxing, chill and quiet, next to an Onsen and a convenience shop, there are also plenty of gyms in the area. Perfect location for a relaxing day and away from the hustle'n bustle, if you're looking for quiet evening and relaxed days. It's still 20 minutes away on the subway from Dotonbori, so it's really well located too.
-
right next to family mart and only 2 minutes away from most train stations
-
Too many step steps to. Climb to third floor. Walls very thin so heard street noise and loud guests. When full not enough bathroom. Long wait to use. Only occurred 1 night

We were welcome by two very nice women and we were also able to speak English, as we don’t know any Japanese. The trim was exactly what we expected and the futons were sooo comfortable. The bathroom was clean and bigger than what we expected as well. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend for travelers on a budget looking for a quiet place yet well located to stay in Osaka.

Great value. There is metro station near, really good price, amazing personal, clean rooms, air conditioning, just perfect.
-
So tiny, but very comfortable accomodation with everything you need during your stay. Beds are very comfortable and the owner is super sweet lady.
-
The decoration, was cozy, the owner put a lot of love and good taste on every detail. It means a lot, it feels like home.
-
Nothing in particular.

The location is very good, with many train stations standing nearby. (only a 20 mins trip to USJ). The room is private and comfortable, and the host is of hospitality, too. We spent a wonderful time in Osaka. Nothing special

The room was clean, the women in charge was nice and always ready to help us. The neighborhood was calm, it has a lot of connections to public transfer. There is a convenience store crossing the street. You could hear the noise of the cars from the avenue. The house has stairs that you need to use to go to the bathroom and it wasn't so comfortable.
