- I liked some of the staff - The location was great. Right next to a station with good connection to everywhere - Neighborhood was good too. A lot of restaurants and stores nearby, and it wasn't loud at night either. - The balcony was nice, and I liked that there's a vending machine in it. - The common area was generally clean and comfy. - Even though I saw the room on the picture before I booked it, I was still surprised at how small it was. You couldn't even open up your suitcase. - There was a vibrational noise coming from the hallway that was extremely annoying. Even with earplugs it was difficult to sleep. I think some nights it was turned off, but most of the time, it was on. - One time they didn't change my trash bin during the day, and didn't get a new towel. Another time I got a towel that was dirty. - I didn't like the way the water system was set up. It was like a public shower. You have to constantly hit the button to get water running. I don't get why would they do that in a hostel. It was annoying. - They don't give you a towel for the face unless you pay for it! This felt a bit exploitative. - The most annoying thing for me was the restrictions on the washing machine. They have a rule that you can't use the washing machine without a staff supervision, and the staff is only there until 10pm. On my last day I needed to do my laundry, but the guy at the reception told me I can't use the dryer because he won't be here. At the end, he rushed washing of my clothes, and I don't know what he did but some of my shirts shrunk, and most of the clothes were still wet. Then he told me I can't use the dryer because he won't be here. I had to go outside to find some laundry store to dry my clothes and the guy didn't even let me borrow the clothes basket! I understand those were the rules, but come on.. this is just senseless. - I am not sure to what does the window points to, but it wasn't the outside. So it didn't make sense to open it, and inside the room it would get really hot at times. You could turn on the air conditioner, but if you leave it on all night you're gonna get sick.

Right next to a train station on a street filled with various restaurants, which is amazing if you don't mind hearing trains at night. Rooms have 2 beds separated with a wall and you can even close it with curtains - very private and comfortable, almost didn't feel like a hostel. Everything was very clean and changed every day. Big lockers that fit everything I needed. Common space with kitchen and free coffee. You can smoke on a terrace with a nice view. Washing machine and a dryer. All in all a great stay. It is very private and everything you need is provided, some stuff for a small fee. You have to walk a lot of stairs to the 3rd floor, which might be a problem if you carry luggage. There is no elevator.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They mostly speak English and made things a lot easier. The location is convenient for everything - both Osaka metro (I think?) and JR stations are 1-4min walk away, and there are coco ichibanya, kushikatsu, 7-eleven, a supermarket and syzaria nearby. The description on booking.com was a bit ambiguous and we booked the room expecting private bathroom. But all bathrooms are shared and you'd have to go out your room walking a bit if you'd like to go in the middle of night.

Very clean, friendly staff and great amenities! PJs and toothbrush were provided and face wash and hair dryer as well! Great place to stay as it is close to everything and only 10 minute train for Universal Studios

Exceptional

The stair up to level 3 for hotel. No lift. You’ve to make sure for taking ‘local’ train only. Not every train stop for this station.

Good located and very clean hostel.

The staff is amazing, so friendly and kind They help us in every moment So resolutive and helpful The place has shared spaces in good condition but the room and beds are tiny The size of rooms and beds Too small
-
Good enough if you on a tight budget. Two train stops from Osaka Station. Easy to find from the train station. The rooms just provides the bed, fridge and aircon. May be tight for two people, depends. The stairs leading to the hostel.

The ambiance is not that we expect. The place is simple but has a quiet and home feeling. Has an organised and clean atmosphere. Staff were very polite, friendly and welcoming. All essentials are available . It feels like a home away from home. If possible to add a special channel/tv for foreigners is a good idea ? please consider so visitors from other countries can enjoy this while in room.
