The location is nice. However, the station next to it needs a lot of transfers. But once you get the hang of it, it’s okay. Keeping the tea bags and everything at the reception is not fun just put some teabags in the room!

Location was ideal. Staff was very friendly. The actual food serving area was far too cramped with just one coffee machine stuck in the corner servicing one person at a time. There was no organization around the food. Everyone going in different directions. Self serve is not sanitary. The rooms are nice but very small with uncomfortable seating outside of the beds

Room was very spacious big enough for three people and 5 luggage’s. Very clean, staff was very nice and best part train station close by. Wish breakfast was included without extra pay

The location is perfect. Everything is new and clean! The size is quite small (can't open the big luggages together) but it's normal in Japan so it's ok

The hotel was conveniently located, which made it great for accessing the trains The room is very small. We have large suitcases and you couldn’t even open them unless you put them on the bed and you had to climb up on the board to get into bed. It was a bit awkward.

The room was a little smaller than I expected, but was very clean and nice. I booked this place because it was close to the train station, but didn't expect to be near all the great food stalls and restaurants; they were right outside the hotel.The staff here was super nice and friendly. One of the male staff gave me 2 umbrellas and a plastic cover for my suitcase so my shopping bag on top of it wouldn't get wet as it was raining that day; he told me to pass the umbrellas on to the next person in my next destination?

It was surprisingly nice , the area isn't super upscale but the hotel was furnished well. There are tons of small restaurants near by and the staff is fantastic

Staff, corutesy and friendly, washing machine avaialability and cycle status monitor from room, room very clean and, in spite of the space, room amenities and its organization. room size is down to very minimum space.

The breakfast was good with nice selections, reasonable price, and friendly service. The hotel is in a non tourist area which is good. However, the room size was very challenging - hardly any counter space. It's our fault not knowing it's a business travelers hotel not for long stay.

Very close proximity to JR Fukushima station on the Osaka Loop Line, as well as numerous bars, restaurants, stores, and izakayas. The room was somewhat of a tight squeeze, even compared to other hotels in Japan.

Very comfortable modern room and very good service, especially by the patient and very clever Mr. Sasaki who helped us communicate with our next accommodations. The building is a short walk from a relatively minor station on a major subway line. A good, largeish supermarket is only about five minutes’ walk away. The pavement between the station and the hotel is fairly rough and uneven so not ideal for wheeling luggage or, possibly, wheelchairs and the like. Mostly foreign restaurants in the area which was a shame as we would have preferred local cuisine so close to where we stayed. The buffet breakfast was good but could be improved.

The hotel was okay. The breakfast was decent. It was close to Fukushima station and a few shops nearby. There was a playground closeby for our kids. The price was alright. It's pretty far away from the main tourist sites. The rooms are TINY.

The room was a bit small. Not enough space to open the suitcase except on the bed.

Breakfast was very good. Many restaurant options right in front of hotel. A huge supermarket next store with many fresh and prepared foods. A short walk to JR line. The beds were too hard. The room was very small.
