It was very close to the station and the concert I was going to so perfect for my trip and the breakfast was really good The room was a little smaller than I expected but considering how good the price was and the purpose of my booking, I’m not mad about that.

Super friendly staff, good breakfast and comfortable bed. It was a bit loud right next to the train lines, and Location was a little bit further from the action than we liked. I would recommend Shinkansen or Dontonburi neighborhoods for people visiting in the future.

The location was great! It was close to the train stations Fukushima and Osaka. It was very easy to get to the hotel by taking a direct rapid train from the Kansai Airport. Moreover, the neighbourhood has many different and nice dining options. It is also possible to reach the Umeda Sky Tower on foot. The rooms are small, but for a solo traveller, they are convenient. I wouldn't say it is a negative thing at all. But the room gets dusty quickly. I guess it has to do with the proximity of the building to the main streets, the railway, and the construction site.

The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The room was nice and clean with excellent facilities. The location of the hotel was within walking distance to eateries and shopping. However, the hotel sits directly over the railway lines.
