Very friendly staff and 10mins walk from the Osaka station. Stay here if you are going to use the subway line and Shinkansen.

Just like the rest mentioned there were massive constructions going on around the hotel area, but it doesnt causes any noise during night time when i was sleeping! Thats already a positive! This hotel has exceed my expectation where the very first impressive thing was you could check your laundry estimated time remaining over the TV panel, superbly innovative! Although the check in reception is on the main building which is just beside the main road while the rooms are on the other side of the building, its pretty convenient actually. And also theres a direct 7-11 downstairs for any amenities supply. Truly love the vibe at where the rooms are, blue theme, just love it! Though the breakfast selection wasnt many, but it didnt matter to me at all, most importantly is the environment, as you could always top up your food choices at 7-11. I believe this hotel might be meant for professional salary men as i see a lot of them going in and out early morning. And also just nearby are resident area, very peaceful, and parks around for exercise or breather. Also walking distance to Umeda Sky Building which is convenient. Just a little bit of walking distance to LUCUA, Grant Front Osaka and the rest of the main malls. Its also within walking distance to Fukushima Station where you could hit on the train straight to Kansai Airport. Im very sure ill be back next time! Everything is positive! Maybe just the bed felt a little hard? But as im always exhausted after a whole day out, it didnt bother me that much. Good selection!

Spacious, comfortable, clean and a giant TV you can cast on. The beds were comfortable and the PJs are too.

Business type of hotel offered at a special price on Booking. Room was medium size but large bathroom. Short walk from Osaka Central Station and major department stores and malls. Lots of construction nearby but it was quiet at night.

Close to the train station Our room was very small so we had to book a second room upon arrival. The hotel almost exclusive caters to solo business travelers and we felt a bit unwelcome as a family. The walk was not long, but was a little difficult due to the large amount of construction in the area that has to be avoided.

Worth it to upgrade to bigger room

Too small, after being in Japan in other 3 hotels this was my least favorite

We liked the location and the big comfy bed. The staff made up the foldout couch for my youngest, before we checkin. I loved the large soaking tub after a long day of walking. I made the mistake of not adding breakfast, so I'm unsure what the meal would have consisted of. Unfortunately the windows were frosted. It would've been nice to have a view of the city, but we only stayed for one night because it was a better value than staying one more night at our previous hotel.

We stayed there for five days, but it’s not a place I would choose again. While a couple of staff members were helpful, most were not very accommodating. When we asked about transferring our luggage to Narita Airport, we were bluntly told that it wasn’t a service they provide, with no guidance on alternatives. We had to figure it out ourselves. In contrast, a previous hotel we stayed at assisted us with luggage transfer to this hotel, so the difference in service was quite noticeable. I had also informed the restaurant in advance that we are vegetarian and requested a few suitable options, but received no response. Throughout our stay, the menu remained the same every day, and the attitude felt dismissive—essentially “take it or leave it.” Although hash browns were available, they were mixed with meat items. When we asked if they could be kept separate, the request was not accommodated. Even my friend sent a message asking if the room is good for 2 adults and 2 kids, again no response and the room was so cramped we had to ask for another room paying the difference after reaching with tired family members waiting. I could go on...

The staff was pleasant and the rooms were very clean. They let us store our luggage securely for free while we explored the city after check-out. The rooms were very small, we had to book an extra one last minute upon arrival in order to fit our family. The images of some of the triple rooms made the beds look like they were doubles, but they are all single beds. The location is also not great to walk to from the train station due to all the nearby construction.

After reading several reviews I’ll give some info about myself first. 39M from southern US. 6’2 300 lbs. Stayed late February 2026 in the Annex. Room was adequate. Not too small considering I was just using it to sleep and get ready. Bathroom and shower were big enough for me to move around comfortably. Bed was firm and not too small considering my size. Room A/C worked great. Neighborhood was quiet. Attached 7/11 made grabbing a quick snack or drink super convenient on leaving or coming home. About a 10 minute walk from Osaka station.

Location near Umeda & Osaka station- convenient to travel around; quite spacious for a hotel room in major city of Japan; decent amenities & facilities in room- air purifier + humidifier, massage machine, ice + microwave in certain floors; phone chargers provided; friendly staff and be aware that the main entrance will be locked after 11pm but the counter is 24hr, so press on the door bell to enter hotel pass midnight; decent breakfast with hot food in Japanese and western style Nothing

The breakfast could have more western options.

The location is closer to the Osaka Station. I love to walk around and would love to stay more days if i want to explore more places. The room was so good and very clean. The colors is so beautiful - Blue. Doesn't matter if the room is small as long as I'm very comfortable. Staff were great and very understandable. It went very smoothly. Nothing to say

Really nice business hotel. Comfortable beds, decent sized room. Short walk to Osaka Station, quiet. Great price. For what I paid, absolutely no complaints.
