New and very centralized location, less than 5 mins walk to JR Haruka express to airport The room a bit small and the automatic check in is not personal (even though the front esk staff are around)

Clean, convenient, staff are all friendly and helpful. The mirror for washing and make up doesn’t have good lighting - not the best lighting for make up and no magnifying mirror so a bit hard to see.

The room was a little bit too small. The last order for the breakfast needs to be done at 9:30, after that you might miss it.

Location was great as were the views! Staff was very friendly. When our luggage broke they took care throwing away the suitcase for us. Very difficult to do in Japan, so very thankful they were so helpful!! Mattresses just like most of Japan were a bit too firm for our Western tastes.

The hotel was new and very clean. The room had a great view of Osaka Station. The room size was nice and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Once you figure out how to get to this hotel, it is very convenient to the JR Train Station which is wonderful if traveling by train as we were. Breakfast at this hotel was outstanding and in a very pleasant eating area. Rates are a bit high; but this is Osaka and probably reflective of the norm for hotels in this category here.

If there was one complaint, the washer dryer combos could be more efficient.
