I even had a problem with my card key (I lost somewhere, jetlag is real), and they just gave me a new one, no drama, no charges. The toilet can be small if you are a really tall person, but be ready for that, it is Japan.

Room is way too small. The toilet room has no space. To turn around. The bed is too small for tow person to share. If one person moves, the other person can feel it.

Would like to have more towel racks but just a minor detail. Easy to get a bit lost in Osaka station & make the walk back to the hotel longer after a long day of walking, but not the hotels fault.

The hotel has a nice location close to a big transportation hub. The room was clean, and had everything I needed from it. Sound insulation is bad, there was a lot of noise from the corridor as well as from the rooms next to mine, so don’t forget the noise canceling headphones.

Shower and toilet are too small. The size of the room was small but managable.

Nothing The location was far off from the station than what I understood from the map. The room was really small and bad ventilation. Plus, there was an awful smell from the pipe in the bathroom which we had to call the staff but he came and just sprayed the air freshener spray to the pipe and left. It still smelled horrible. Would not go back to this hotel and would not recommend to anyone.

Location was perfect. Close to public transit and great eateries nearby. Traditional breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend.

Very clean rooms, well organized space. Good amenities. Excellent Onsen in the first floor, very clean and large. Breakfast okay… Rooms are small. Location is far from Umeda station (at least 10 min walk); not easily accessible on foot. Difficult to figure out which subway exit to take to get closest to the hotel. The shuttle bringing back from Osaka st. ends early (around 18:30) Breakfast is not varied enough, a bigger variety would be appreciated. A choice of two menus should be proposed. Coffee is soluble, not grain.

Added more days to my stay, please read prior review but to add to that fast wifi, enjoyed the huge doors that slides especially with luggages and shopping bags. Maybe hotels can learn from Japanese innovation practical sustainable. Quiet place but in the center of main hub many train lines travelled to Kyoto, Nara, Kobe , airport easily.

Clean, modern, fulfilled my requests, very efficient guest service to fix in my room, room set up, color scheme, quality linen, elec outlets everywhere, shower water pressure, air humidifier or purifier not sure, and the fridge works. I rate them all high. This is Japan after all. Bfas/lunch was good value with excellent miso soup/coffee much better than eating out. My perfect choice for day trips easy access to trains. And 2 fast elevators! Was on the 9th floor I did not wait long. Quiet hallway from my room. Stayed 6 days eco dbl room. I did not avail of the onsen. Easy check in/out! ❤️ the huge front doors with a touch. Wished for at least one English news channel

1. it has a shuttle bus. 2. the room is perfect! 3. the amenities are complete and i personally love their shampoo. 4. the breakfast is SUPERB!!!!!! i love their food ? it may seem unsafe because when someone already has an ID and opened/accessed the door, anybody can go in, since the door closes very slowly.

They have a shuttle bus from hotel to station(vice-versa) with allotted time. The toilet is not spacious enough .
