The hotel is clean and spacious, and we loved the large and tall windows that offer beautiful views of the Umeda skyline. The location, however, is a bit far from the train station and the main shopping and entertainment areas. During the summer, the walk back to the hotel can be quite challenging because there is very little shade along the way. It was also disappointing that hotel guests have to pay extra to use facilities such as the pool and gym. Complimentary access to these amenities is common at many hotels around the world, so this policy feels outdated.

The room is large enough for additional bed. The breakfast is very good with local japanese variety. Location is a bit far from the Osaka train station. 15 mins walking. Although complimentary shuttle is provided, it starts too late at 10am on weekdays.

It was very attractive and comfortable It wasn’t near anything by foot , the shuttle to the train station was convenient but the hours were limited, there was no place for a casual meal.

Staff only. Location, very bad one. The maintenance of the rooms and toilets were not up to standard. Breakfast area was too crowded and very busy. Noise while cleaning the windows The gym needs an upgrade along with pool area

Excellent Hotel, great service and location

The staff was very helpful and attentive to any of our questions and requests. The hotel has a shuttle that leaves you near one of the express buses to the airport. The hotel felt like it was from the early 2000' or even older. I expected a more modern look hotel.
-
seemed to be a knocking noise like works going on at the same time every day about 7pm for an hr
-
Baths seems old if you compare with other hotels. Fitness room is really bad.

Friendly staff
-
Staff was very attentive, the rooms were very clean, and the hotel is located close to trains/subway, but is also very quiet. The deposit was high.

Everything went as expected

Staff Toilet smell and need renovation
-
The shuttle bus starts too late and ends too early.
-
Location Late night limited menu options in room service.
-
As vegeterians, the options at breakfast are very limited. For an international chain, some more vegetarian options are must as is found in any western countries. But no complains as I understand veg food is not so popular in Japan. Nothing specific.
