It was very attractive and comfortable It wasn’t near anything by foot , the shuttle to the train station was convenient but the hours were limited, there was no place for a casual meal.
-
Staff only. Location, very bad one. The maintenance of the rooms and toilets were not up to standard. Breakfast area was too crowded and very busy. Noise while cleaning the windows The gym needs an upgrade along with pool area

Excellent Hotel, great service and location

The staff was very helpful and attentive to any of our questions and requests. The hotel has a shuttle that leaves you near one of the express buses to the airport. The hotel felt like it was from the early 2000' or even older. I expected a more modern look hotel.

seemed to be a knocking noise like works going on at the same time every day about 7pm for an hr

Friendly staff
-
Baths seems old if you compare with other hotels. Fitness room is really bad.
-
Staff was very attentive, the rooms were very clean, and the hotel is located close to trains/subway, but is also very quiet. The deposit was high.

Everything went as expected

Staff Toilet smell and need renovation
-
The shuttle bus starts too late and ends too early.
-
Location Late night limited menu options in room service.

As vegeterians, the options at breakfast are very limited. For an international chain, some more vegetarian options are must as is found in any western countries. But no complains as I understand veg food is not so popular in Japan. Nothing specific.

Very upscale hotel. It was a nice 'splurge' at the end of our trip. We chose it because of the central location within Osaka and we wanted as much assistance and convenience as we could get to navigate the city and our airport transit. Restaurant, bar, pool, breakfast were all exceptional. The area to the back of the hotel was a forested garden that connected to a maze of restaurants in a fun traditional setting. Half a block to the Umeda Big., Very near many malls - all walkable. Concierge very helpful to navigate city, and transit. Nothing. I do wish we had eaten sooner at the hotel restaurant. It was way better than the nearby restaurants we tried.

Great. A wide selection of food items. Loved the omelet station where omelet is cooked per your order. Ate at the Chinese restaurant for my bday dinner and the best food I’ve had in a long time! Best service and loved the atmosphere. The chef even wrote special bday message on dessert plate . Didn’t like that my 10 yr old granddaughter could use the pool ..the pool was the main reason I booked this hotel.

The breakfast is exceptional; the rooms are very spacious especially for Japan. It is a short walk to the centre of the city and easy access to the train station.

Very clean, amazing staff Ridiculous for that price and a 5-Star hotel to pay extra in order to use the pool. Shocking! 3 nights in a row noises from above but the hotel did offer us to change the room.
