The hotel was located close to so many different places and the rooms were big and had enough space to fit all our luggage. Nothing. We enjoyed everything about it.

Really spacious and modern room. The gym was great for a hotel. The location worked well enough for us but Umeda might not be for everyone depending on your plans in and around Osaka. Good breakfast even though it's a hybrid between a la carte and a buffet. I don't know if this is common practice but we were not given the full Hilton status benefits because we booked through Booking.com. That being said, we did get a late checkout so that was good.

We spent 2 nights at the canopy by Hilton and we were wonderfully surprised. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The beds are so comfy. Loved the rain shower. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very modern rooms and design aesthetic. On the fringe of Umeda. Getting to the Midosuji or Hankyu lines from this hotel is a chore. It’s connected to all of the surrounding malls via covered walkways, but walkway access is on the second floor, which the hotel elevator doesn’t service, which means you have to come down to 1 then go up to 2 to connect. The elevators up to the lobby are a little difficult to find. The lobby itself is on the 11th floor of the property which means you need to be patient if you’re heading back to your room. You must take at least 2 elevators to go to your room.

The room was amazing and service was very good. The location was not ideal to access public transportation. The maze of buildings and lack of signage made it difficult to find our way to/from the subway. Also not sure why but the lobby temperature was extremely warm. Not sure if they were having AC issues but it was very noticeable when you got off the elevator and turned the corner to the lobby.

Beautiful property, extremely comfortable and well-curated rooms. Beautiful views of the city and surrounding areas. Staff was super helpful in recommending some local food courts as well as arranging our luggage transfer. Location is good and up and coming. A subway ride away from the south part of Osaka known for shopping, dining, etc.
