Breakfast was average but OK. Kids enjoyed the pancakes. Location was nice located next to the Osaka train station. Facility is well kept and clean. Staff is nice and capable. Toilet paper is too thin; Not practical for use. I thought perhaps all toilet paper is like that in Japan but once I checked in to a different hotel in Tokyo I noticed the difference. I recommend thicker toilet paper since most guests are foreigners.

The hotel location is excellent, close to Osaka Station and the important metro lines (to Dotombori, and USJ). The hotel feels very clean and modern, the room is great size and the staff is excellent. A bit on the expensive side, but I felt it was right for what I got. I would definetely stay here again. Maybe the price of the breakfast is a bit high, so I didn't try it as you can get great meals for half the price if you go out. Also close to 7/11 for grabbing a quick lunch on the go.

I would stay here again and would recommend to others. Excellent location in Umeda near Osaka station. Modern and clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Quality amenities, everything is well thought of and provided, toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, razor, etc. Very prompt responses to email and messages. I asked if my wife could have an extra pillow, and was promptly advised that the room had 4 pillows already, and if I still wanted one more, great customer service! Front desk always has 2-3 staff. Front desk staff are efficient and friendly. I had ordered a mobile wireless to be delivered to the hotel, the front desk young lady went to get it for me before I even ask. One very minor point, I was a little surprised that the level of English was a tad low considering Osaka being a major international hub, no problems with communications however, and I would not consider it an issue. The room I had was very small, with the bed pushed against the wall, making getting in and out of bed a bit inconvenient. Next time, I would look for a larger room. I took off 1 point for this in my rating.
