Staff absolutely wonderful. Every member of staff we came into contact with was polite, friendly and eager to assist us. The chief staff member we came into contact with was Bakhrom, who was helpful from our initial phone call to him (to arrange for early check-ins and room upgrades) to the time we checked out. Breakfast buffet very good, lots of choices, different items from day to day. The location is amazing. We have direct access to shops and restaurants - all the way from the hotel to Osaka Station. We would love to return.

Dear lord, by far one of the best stays my family and I have ever experienced. Everything from the moment we got out of the taxi to when we left was tailor-made hospitality. We booked a beautiful suite with an amazing view of the sunrise and came with a delightful bottle of red wine and snacks. Breakfast buffet was spectacular and appears to change daily with koshihikari rice. They have a rather large pool with swimsuit rentals available and one of the largest hotel gyms in Osaka. The hotel itself is attached to the north side of Grand Front Osaka which is connected to LUCUA and subsequently Osaka station itself. It's near a sizeable Donki and shopping street making a center for all of the shopping you could hope to do which my parents enjoyed greatly. I highly recommend checking out Umeda Sky Tower at night. It's like a 6 minute walk from the hotel. Go a bit earlier and you'll be able to check out the underground area styled in the showa era of Japan with plenty of little restaurants as well. Toward the end of our stay we were figuring out transportation for our luggage and the concierge was able to find and arrange for us a less costly and more comfortable mode of transport for us which was highly appreciated! All in all this is the first IHG hotel I've stayed at and my impression is overwhelmingly positive; I will absolutely come again and check out what experiences the other intercontinental have to offer! The wifi is free and high speed with a free IHG account, I think it's free without it as well though? The baths and sauna lockers are a bit complicated to use

The hotel was simply beautiful. Gorgeous lobby, restaurant, and rooms. Very clean and well appointed. The hotel is always in a mall and a few steps from Osaka Station. There is a ton of things to do in the area. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms so pretty! Having a shower/bath there felt luxurious. All the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and helped us. We will definitely be back.

Breakfast was outstanding. The room was wonderful with a fantastic view. Loved the location - convenient to everything we wanted to do. Service throughout was exceptional. We could not see anything that needed improvement!

The hotel is located in a very nice building in a strategically good neighborhood close to almost everything, but still in quiet area. The staff in every task were professional and always helpful. Most staff (specifically in check-in/check-out) know English well, and were trying to provide you with a great service. Rooms were spacious and well-furnished, with modern and high-quality amenities. The breakfast and its experience every morning was really good; it can be perfect if some more diverse bread/cheese/juices can be provided. Anyways, the breakfast hall is not that big. Only the pillows, with which you can live :).

The hotel is exceptionally clean, modern, and perfectly located with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The rooms are spacious with beautiful views, and the amenities are top-notch. The highlight of our stay was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff—they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. Nothing major. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.
