the location the checking in process wasnt' that straight forward with the machines and took a long time with the help of staff the lines were extremely long too at 3pm

Location is good Very crowded busy hotel. Waited in line for over 35 minutes just to check in. I’d never experienced that. Not worth the price.

Hotel is centrally located and easy access to metro/subway. Hotel is too large for my preference. While it has auto check in and check out, it is missing the personal touch compared to a boutique hotel. It is necessary to take 2 sets of elevator (which is crowded) to get down to street level entrance.

As someone in a wheelchair, it was a bit hard to find after coming from the train station. We couldn’t just cross the street since there were barriers preventing the crossing.

Room is small but they smartly utilised all the space. Things u need are all available in this small room. Small detail like laundry can be check the availability through tv, which is a bonus Pillow is too soft.

The location and the bathroom are the best. The room was outdated and no space to open my luggages.

Close to the train station. Very quiet. Staff was fine- didn’t speak to them much since check in is done on a kiosk. They have coffee in the lobby and on the 8th floor are restaurants if you’re too tired to go out. Had very little amenities offered. In the past- the hotels always had the make up pads. Because of this i didn’t bring any. It’s ok - I just went out to buy some.
