Not much personal care amenities

Location was good. Breakfast had a good selections but it would have been nice to have different items change for each day. 99% of the items were the same everyday. More eggs types. Laundry facility needed more machines especially each wash/dry cycle taken up to 3 hours and the number of people waiting for a free machine. It was a big inconvenient. The room for double was very small compared to the twins.

The size of room is small , virtually no space to open our suitcase.

Rooms were very small and quite narrow The coin operated washing machines were always busy so if you have a moderate amount of laundry I would send it out as it has a fixed price and would save you a lot if time. The check in is strictly 3pm everybody waits and then they open up self-service

Location ดีมาก เป็นเหตุผลหลักที่เลือกโรงแรมนี้ ไปไหนมาไหนสะดวกสบาย มีร้านอาหารและห้างล้อมรอบ ถึงแม้ว่าห้องจะไม่ได้กว้างมากนัก แต่ก็จัดLayout ได้ดี ไปครั้งนี้ ไม่มีนำ้ดื่มให้บริการแล้วแต่มีกระติกน้ำสามารถนำไปกด ในพื้นที่ที่เตรียมไว้ให้ มีนำ้แข็งฟรีด้วย เช็คอิน ก่อน15.00 ไม่ได้เลย ตามสไตล์ ญี่ปุ่น เข้มงวดมาก เคยจะขอเข้าห้องก่อน แบบจ่ายตังค์เพิ่ม ก็ทำไม่ได้ (ครั้งนั้น อาจจะไม่พร้อม) แต่ถ้ามาโอซาก้า ก็ยังคิดว่า ที่นี่เหมาะสำหรับเรา

Wonderful location to anywhere. The rooms are smaller. Sometimes there’s a weird smell come from no where.

My 2 sons (22 and 16) spent 5 nights at this hotel. It was our best hotel experience in Japan. The room was small as expected, with the 3 beds squeezed in. We used the laundry room and found it to be adequate with good availability in the middle of the day. The location was perfect and the hotel has good signage so was easy to find. The hotel's bottom floor is the 9th floor of the building which was good to know from reading previous reviews. The staff was great and very helpful. The hotel elevators were separate from the building's elevators for shopping so we didn't have to compete with the general public to use them. Overall we had a great stay. There was not a place to put our clothes except for a few hangers in the closet, which is also not uncommon in Japan. The dryer function in the washing machines wasn't great, but we could hang our clothes in the closet and on the line in the bathroom to finish drying. The breakfast buffet was just okay, more geared to Asian palates.

New Not that easy to locate the hotel entrance . Lobby It's on 9th floor .

I really didn't like the lighting in the shower. Too white and bright and made me feel unsettled, so I turned it off most of the time and just turned on the light outside. Also in general it's a little hard to navigate Osaka station. Also the bathroom started smelling a few days into our stay, but not too bad.
