We had a wonderful stay at The Osaka Station Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The location was perfect with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. Thank you for your warm hospitality and for making our stay enjoyable and memorable. Nothing significant. Everything met our expectations and we were very satisfied with our stay.

WOW, this property was stunning. The rooms were beautiful, had all the amenities, and the view was breathtaking! This was a very upscale hotel with all you could ask for. The shower was incredible ( a must for me). It might have been too nice for my family! It was attached to amazing shopping and restaurants, literally to EVERYTHING! I walked thru the station 15 times and never went the same way. The property was difficult to find! There is a very small door with no signage to let you know that you have arrived. We took the train from Kyoto and had to walk 20 minutes (inside the station) before finding the hotel. The main lobby is at the base of the JP Tower. Take an elevator to the 29th floor, then a different one to your room.

Excellent location right at the train station. Easy transport to and from Kansai airport. Very quiet hotel, didn't hear anything even from other guests.

The breakfast was outstanding, both in taste and variety, with so many delicious options each morning. What truly made the stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Everyone was attentive, kind, solution-oriented, and genuinely helpful at every moment. A wonderful stay from start to finish, and we would happily return.

We had a great stay at the Osaka Station Hotel. The room was modern, convenient and clean, with an amazing view of the city. The hotel is well positioned to explore Osaka and the surroundings. There is a great breakfast buffet.

Very centrally location and very new and organized No hanging place in the bathroom and the toilet has no space for placing our iPhone or iPad, if have more drawers will be great.

Loved the location, the breakfast buffet, the attentiveness of the staff. Our room was spacious and spotless. The WiFi didn’t work.

This was the most expensive place we stayed in Japan, but it was at the end of our two week tour and we knew we'd want some Western-style luxury. This place DELIVERED! While still maintaining a lovely Japanese influence and inspiration. We ate at the Mizuki restaurant which was a really fun fine dining experience. We also got the breakfast buffet at the main hotel restaurant which was phenomenal, including European and Japanses styles of foods. Highly competent, friendly, and professional staff. Location made getting to the airport for our return trip really easy! I can't think of anything I didn't like!
