Rooms are clean and functional, staff and service at top notch and location within Osaka Station is super convenient. We went to Toyama and Kyoto for a few days in between stays in Osaka and hotel kindly stores the suitcases we did not need. Such a thoughtful gesture. Recommend to use Herbis station if taking limousine bus to airport, less complicated walking and its sheltered as you walk through the stations. Will book this place without hesitation when we are in Osaka No coin operated laundromat within hotel..

I loved the convenient location. The service was excellent. Staff was always present and attentive and friendly. I did not like the toilet being in a room separated from the shower and sink. There was a "changing room"(?) in between the toilet space and the shower/sink room. Being from the USA, I don't like the size of the room for the price I have to pay. I understand prices have to be elevated because the yen is weak, but it is the one thing I cannot get used to (the size of the rooms) whenever I travel to big cities in Japan.

Excellent location, and very attentive, cordial staff. We had the smallest standard room I’ve ever had. I had to climb over the bed to get to my side of the bed. The room was comfortable otherwise.

The breakfast was excellent! The highlight of the hotel stay! And the location was great being so close to the main train station in Osaka. The refrigerator didn’t work as it just remained warm and never got cool and the A/C also didn’t work no matter how much we adjusted the settings. Because of the A/C not working it was hard for my family to sleep especially after a long flight from Hawaii.

Located VERY close to the train station so it is a few minutes. Staff friendly and helpful. Mr Don and Mr Ber were very helpful and explained things clearly. Nothing to not like

A great hotel with wonderful staff who were very professional and friendly. Perfectly located in Osaka station and you can pick up the signs for it almost immediately. Very comfortable rooms and perfectly clean.

The location is amazing right above the train station, predominantly for business and group travel. I stayed for a night along with my family for a quick visit of the city. everything you need is in the malls below and around. in fact if you hav e very small window to shop in Japan, ideal place to do it all at one place mostly like the electronics shops, Uniqlo and other regular brands stores just in and around the hotel. check in can be cumbersome due to huge groups and possibly wait for some time but easily managed if you are patient.

The location is perfect, right in Umeda Station. The breakfast was so delicious. The room was a little small for our luggage.

It’s accessible to transportation. We stayed here for few days and added one more day. They made us switch room for that day. I just wish we do not need to switch rooms because transferring and waiting to check in was stressful.

The staff was very professional and friendly-- I have rarely experienced such service at an American hotel. The price was amazing. It was helpful to be in the station so we weren't rolling our suitcases through the streets. You can only access the hotel from one entrance after hours since it is in a train station/department store complex. We didn't realize this, so we had a stressful 20 minutes at 1am trying to find a way to get inside as all exterior doors were locked. We eventually found the designated exterior hotel entrance and were fine, but if you book and have a late night, make sure you note where the exterior hotel entrance is!

Our original room’s headboard and table was dirty (unknown stain) and dusty when we arrived. We had to transfer to another room.
