Beds were quite hard. Out shower also didn't have a full door which made it difficult to shower without getting the entire bathroom floor wet.

We missed the previous location for breakfast. When we went on 2023, the restaurant for breakfast was very quiet and a place to relax. This time was very crowded though the breakfast very good

Breakfast was nice, restaurants were nice. The room did not feel like it was worth the extra money to be on a higher floor. The details are lacking, lots of things should be cleaned better, like fan vent and around toilet. Also toilet not mounted properly so it moves everytime you sit down. Towels have been washed a million times so they feel rough.

Reasonable twin-bed room rate for a high floor room with 2 breakfasts. Bell service staff helped to carry our luggage to the nearby airport limo depot with no charge on a windy day. A nightstand should be put between the 2 twin beds.

The room were of decent size and clean. The attached bathroom looked a little run down although it was clean. There was no separate shower area other than the tub. The quantity of drinking water supplied in the room for insufficient for 2 persons. They did provide more water when asked for, but it is a hassle.

The hotel was in the middle of Umeda district; many fine restaurnts, shops, etc,etc. Also, the train station was only a couple minutes away. It couldn't be better. The room was huge, compare to other Japanese hotels. The place was clean and quite. This was my second stay at the hotel. If I go to Osaka again, the place is my choice. Nothing
