Rooms clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very disappointing. Essentially the same fare every day with no variety and limited choices if you are looking for a healthy breakfast with good protein choices (eg. limited eggs choices and what was there was a very unappealing looking "slop"). Overemphasis on carbs and sugar. I expected better as the hotel was perfect in most other ways but I wouldn't stay again due to the breakfast, or would book the breakfast and eat outside.

Loved the breakfast buffet, lots of options with a mix of Japanese and Western food. Staff were friendly, good amenities provided, nice public bath. One of our favorite hotels we’ve stayed at in Japan.

Price of breakfast buffet was a little expensive for what was available, but it was nice to have fresh fruit.

Room was upgraded from standard to deluxe king through booking.com. Loved the freebies especially snacks and complimentary drinks Pillow and mattress too hard , not so comfortable. View of room no good

It’s located in a really nice area with plenty of nightlife options, yet it feels very clean and safe. It’s also a welcome escape from the chaos and mayhem of Dotonbori. The hotel is very well connected to the rest of the city, making it easy to get around. The rooms are clean and spacious, which made our stay very comfortable. We also used the laundry facilities, which was super convenient—and they even accept Suica! Breakfast offered a good variety, with the fish being the highlight by far. They can store your luggage before the official check-in time, which is a big plus. 100% recommended—we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel, good atmosphere and amenities. The location is very convenient (many metro stations and the main train station are walking distance from the hotel). The spa area is great, fantastic for relaxing after a long day.

The hotel was in the middle of Umeda district; many fine restaurnts, shops, etc,etc. Also, the train station was only a couple minutes away. It couldn't be better. The place was clean and quite. If I go to Osaka again, the place is my choice. none

the beddings are comfy and clean the entrance わかりにくい、 the lobby is messy.

The Onsen was great! The room was very tiny, facing the building wall. It was just as small as the business hotel in Japan.
