Hotel Intergate Osaka Umeda

The bathroom can be better. Shower curtain had a smell to it. Bathroom reminds me of a cruiseship.

Great complementary services.

The best thing about this property is the location to all the shopping malls and main Osaka train/bus station. It makes it very easy to get around especially during the summer heat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel came with a lot of freebies which we enjoyed: coffee and smoothies in the morning, afternoon tea, and happy hour with a good wine selection and snacks to go with it. The onsen was nice and they had massage chairs also in the spa. Everything was good!

The Location and the room was very clean The room is a little small, but that’s normal in Japan.

the compliment coffee/dring , afternoon tea time, cocktail and late snack. The room was clean and spacous. The whole building looks really chic. It is really comfusing to navigate around the umeda area ( especially for 1st time traveler.) I survived and figured out after 3 days.

Excellent hotel and very nice facilities

Even by Japanese standards, the room was small.

The offer of rice soup, which wasn't good, instead of ramen sucked. Didn't like that you couldn't eat or drink anything in the lobby area that wasn't purchased from the hotel. We had to continuously go to our room to eat takeout and was chased away by staff whenever we tried to sit in the lobby to even eat snacks! And they had tables and chairs to accommodate eating outside food. Water pressure was also the lowest that we experienced in Japan.

I enjoyed the location to the transportation systems. Hotel had an happy hour, free of charge… a great place to sit, rest, and have a beverage and snacks. From juice to wine, it was a nice touch. The room and bathroom was a little tight fitting

Nestled between the bigger luxury hotels and located near Umeda’s shopping district, it’s a perfect location! The shower even uses Refa and other great products. Nil

I would have appreciated a more thorough explanation of the resort benefits upon check-in

Rooms clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very disappointing. Essentially the same fare every day with no variety and limited choices if you are looking for a healthy breakfast with good protein choices (eg. limited eggs choices and what was there was a very unappealing looking "slop"). Overemphasis on carbs and sugar. I expected better as the hotel was perfect in most other ways but I wouldn't stay again due to the breakfast, or would book the breakfast and eat outside.

Loved the breakfast buffet, lots of options with a mix of Japanese and Western food. Staff were friendly, good amenities provided, nice public bath. One of our favorite hotels we’ve stayed at in Japan.

Price of breakfast buffet was a little expensive for what was available, but it was nice to have fresh fruit.

Did not like shared communal bath house. Not their fault, more myself that does not like being undressed in front of other people lol. But lovely location and amenities!

Room was upgraded from standard to deluxe king through booking.com. Loved the freebies especially snacks and complimentary drinks Pillow and mattress too hard , not so comfortable. View of room no good
