The property was excellent the staff were great the room was super We liked everything about this property

The location was absolutely the best and the property is very well maintained although as we came to know, it’s the first Ritz in Japan among all six properties, The check in was terrible, took longer than expected and was very negative and went difficult, the front desk lady could hardly understand English and denied my request for calling her supervisor, Second the dinner at the bar went very wrong, food not recommended at all due to quality and time delay, Third, there was renovation or bumping disturbing noise happen around time to our room or above that interrupted our next day,

The service was outstanding — extremely fast, friendly, and very helpful. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere was elegant and truly reflects a luxury experience. Nothing, everything was perfect.

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka was excellent, and the service was outstanding. I would, however, suggest enhancing the breakfast experience. Increasing the variety of dishes, improving the freshness of pastries, and ensuring timely replenishment would help bring the breakfast offering in line with the hotel’s otherwise exceptional standards.

View, service, convenience, wonderful lounge and cleanliness. Nothing. I would stay here again.

Despite spending over a million yen on the suite, we were unexpectedly charged for breakfast on our final morning. When I presented my booking — which clearly stated that breakfast was included — the reception staff dismissed it and cited a “hidden clause” differentiating lounge breakfast from the restaurant downstairs. This was particularly surprising, as no such issue arose during our stay a year ago under the same booking conditions. The explanation was abrupt, poorly handled, and reflected a significant decline in management standards. It left the impression that leadership may have changed, and unfortunately, so has the level of professionalism. I do not expect my review to affect an establishment of this size, but I do hope it serves as a reminder that consistently high standards are what define the Ritz-Carlton experience. When service falls below that benchmark, the guest experience suffers. I wish the team the best and hope to return in the future — if I hear that the hotel has returned to the level of excellence it was once known for.

Fantastic view, the best breakfast ever!

Had a great comprehensive buffet breakfast for all ages, excellent gym facilities, rooms had great city view. Staff is very professional and rooms a good size. It isn’t walking distance to stores or tourist sights, although taxis are always waiting.

Everything was spectacular, the staff specifically the doormen and Mr. Lee, the staff at the lounge they made us what we want even if not available at the menu. Also i forgot my watch and they sent it back to my country which we really appreciated Nothing

Everything went well. Right from check in to check out. The staff was just excellent. The staff at the Lounge Bar and at the Splendido restaurant were extremely warm and were always looking after us. The Concierge, the bell staff and room service everyone as just excellent. Mr. Simon Finch was super welcoming and very warm and ensured our needs were met.

The Ritz-Carlton Osaka is everything you'd expect from a hotel of this quality. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The staff and service were amazing. The area around the hotel was great, we walked most places and it was reasonably easy to navigate to other areas like Dotonbori.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere made for a great night's sleep. The hotel’s location was excellent — close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat from the city’s bustle. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the quality toiletries to the thoughtful touches like complimentary water and coffee. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. The service throughout our stay was consistently attentive without being intrusive. A standout feature was the excellent Chinese restaurant on-site — the food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return on our next visit. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, quality, and excellent service.
