The usual excellent at the four seasons

Very modern and spacious room. Great gym and pool. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help with a positive attitude. Doorwoman Yasukari was the best!!! Nothing not to like

The location was great and the hotel was impeccable, the staff was super attentive, friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice, we had the premier corner room with king beds. The breakfast was great and my kids loved it. This was our first Four Seasons Stay of many to come. The pool temperature could have been a bit warmer. But great gym and spa.

Absolutely stunning hotel. The views were amazing. The room exceeded expectations. The staff was amazing. Would definitely stay here again and this made me want to stay at more four seasons hotels around the world.

Amazing The best staff and pure excellence

I've stayed in a couple of Four Seasons across the world, and every time, I'm blown away. It's easily my favorite hotel chain, and I absolutely love staying at their hotels and interacting with their staff. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a Four Seasons Osaka as I was searching for a nice hotel to stay in for a quick 1 night while we were passing by for Nara Deer Park and USJ. It was also my first trip to Japan and I was hoping I could try a Four Seasons. I'm very happy to say that this was easily my favorite stay across the entire trip and, once again, Four Seasons went above and beyond all of my expectations. A huge thanks to the staff that also upgrade my room for free and also prepared it for a little anniversary for my partner during the evening. Every time I stay at a Four Seasons, the bar is set high and this time around, the bar just went much higher. I will be sure to return the next time I'm staying in Osaka. One small remark: the swimming pool was surprisingly cold. It might have been just a "me" issue, but I hope they take a look at it and make it slightly warmer.

The staff were amazing as always in the four seasons. Room size is large and it has all the features you need.

Neat and well thought out design; friendly staff, good breakfast and perfect location.

Clean and beautifully appointed. Modern Japanese style. Brand new. The bar has great views and service was outstanding. The service at the Jardin restaurant was slow but the food was great.

Everybody was super friendly. Very well located. Amazing view of Osaka.
