Zentis Osaka

The location, is 5 minute walk to a subway station with alot of places to eat. There is no swimming pool or sauna. The aircondition is not powerfull enough, especially in the night.

Really lovely modern hotel with spacious rooms in the heart of Umeda. Very quiet and peaceful in a bustling city but with everything you need on your doorstep. Would definitely stay again and explore this interesting area more.

A modern, clean, and comfortable hotel

Modern, new, clean in a very nice neighborhood. Not too touristy or crowded, nearby great restaurants and a convenience store. Had self laundry facilities. Good, safe taxi access. Drainage for shower was an issue, floors always became wet. The interior window from the bedroom into the bathroom was unnecessary and compromised privacy.

Very kind and professional staff. The room was big and clean. The facilities were accessible and well-maintained. The restaurant was a bit expensive. The neighborhood was a little shady at night.

The staff was great and the room was a good size. The location is really good with easy access to the metro and restaurants and fun things.

We only spent one night here so didn’t get to explore all the hotel’s facilities. Our room was great. Spacious and had everything we needed.

Location was quiet and had nearby places to eat late in the evening. The staff were not that friendly but they were polite. Location was a little farther from Osaka Station but close to others. But it was okay as we did use Uber. Breakfast was interesting but maybe have more variation.

What a wonderful find! I could not have been happier with my stay at Zentis Osaka. From the beautiful, serene decor to the fabulous bar and restaurant Upstairz, and how spotless everything was - I had an amazing stay. Thank you to the entire team at Zentis for your hospitality. Highly recommend, and I hope to be back the next time I am in Osaka!

Wonderful place to stay

Hotel was clean, not just surface clean but clean! And it doesn't smell, we are very sensitive to that. In fact, the hotel smells great. It's quite a large hotel but had boutique feel. Our studio room was a good size, bed and pillows great, and amenities were good. We love having pajamas and slippers restocked daily. Shower was great - hot water and great water pressure. Hotel was quite far from main tourist attractions, but we like the neighborhood and it was 10 min walk from Osaka station and there are plenty of shops to look at if you want to spend time around the hotel. Staff was not overly friendly but they were helpful when we asked questions, and they recommended and set up a restaurant for us which is great service. They even changed it when we called to say we were running late. I will say hotel has a very Western vibe to it as opposed to Japanese feel - we love both. We would definitely stay again due to cleanliness, cool lowkey vibe, and amenities. Breakfast was disappointing and very expensive. Selection was limited and food was not great (both Western and Japanese versions), best part was the fresh fruit on buffet line. Lattes were excellent. Everything else about this hotel was pretty great so bad food was surprising. I would not get the hotel breakfast, go have it somewhere else and it will be more delicious and cheaper.

Great location. Great views of the city and river. Clean and comfortable and well sized rooms.

The staff, the architecture, the attention to detail, the food and bar areas, everything about this hotel is first class absolutely beautiful facility The location takes a little bit of travel time to get to the mall, busier parts of town as far as evening activities, but of course that does not reflect in any way whatsoever on the staff or the excellence of this facility

The location was very close to train stations. Nice laundry machines and gym. The staff is excellent. Sayuka was particularly excellent as she helped us order some Japanese pillows and spoke to the rep of the company. Thank you! The bathroom could have been clean better as there was an odor.

Location was great staff was friendly. Lots of restaurants around really enjoyed our stay. We had the two room suite and for some reason one room we couldn’t operate the air conditioning. It was the room that got the morning sun so it was always hot. I don’t know why they couldn’t let us control the temperature we phoned. They said it on and then it randomly stopped and would get hot again. That was really my only complaint.

The restaurant was very good. But, they need to remember they are in a hotel. Scheduling an exclusive party or function without taking care of hotel guests is really poor form.
