Wow! What a gorgeous hotel! The views are absolutely stunning. The staff are excellent and quite helpful. Breakfast is insane--so many delicious choices. Great location for seeing Osaka. We would stay here again. I was disappointed in the women's onsen. The males in my family raved about the men's! The women's consisted of a warm, not hot, steam room (men had a sauna).

Breakfast was fabulous, we appreciated the range of choices. The room has an exceptional view and everything about it was very comfortable. This is easily one of nicest hotels we have stayed in.

Location, location, location. Everything was within walking distance. Amazing location. The lobby bar was epic. Loved the innovative cocktails and the food was delicious. The rooms were so dim, it felt like Batcave. Except without echo-location, I have to watch where I am going. Wish there are more lights. Or an option to have a ceiling flood, spare a thought for the oldies who have to struggle in low light.

Cleanliness of the room needs improvement. We have a baby that just started crawling but the floors were dirty and the room in general was really dusty

What an incredible hotel. The views and the room were just amazing and the staff were always so helpful. Nothing although it was a little expensive.

The view was breathtaking, staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, nothing was too much. Excellent location with immediate access to central subway. Couldn’t ask for more!
