We stayed at Cordia Osaka during Golden Week. We initially booked because of the price compared to other options. But this hotel significantly exceeded all our expectations. The room was the biggest room we stayed in for the whole duration of the trip. They must have upgraded our room, because we had a king-size bed with a lot of space in the room! The shower was sponsored by Refa, and it was by far the best shower I have had in a long time. The metro connection was also great, Higobashi station entrance is only a 1-minute walk from the hotel, and the other line Midosuji is also 6-8 minutes in the other direction, so very easy to go to attractions. We went to the wrong hotel because it wasn't easy to find on Google Maps. The other hotel was not far, but beware, Google Maps' name is only in Japanese, so better to use the address provided.

Location is a bit off the main attractions but next to the subway station and it is just 10-15 minutes to everything. Considering the price-performance ratio, we can say it is satisfactory. If you are looking to spend time at the hotel, it is only suitable for staying overnight; there is nothing else to do. We stayed in a room with a highway view. When you open the window, it gets very noisy.

Modern design with a helpful and professional staff. Comfortable pillows. Skincare packets available at the front desk. Laundry facilities were so convenient and easy to use. Cool bar, Bar Savoy Osaka, steps away from the property as well as a convenience store.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. There is free coffee in the lobby and tea in the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower with lots of hot water and good pressure. The hotel is right near a metro station so we were easily able to get around the city. There are several restaurants nearby, we highly recommend trying Nagai for Hiroshima style okonomiyaki - it's just across from the hotel!

The hotel is located in the business district, which made for a quieter and less hectic stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. The shower was amazing! The hotel is within walking distance of the subway, making it easy to reach all the major sightseeing spots in Osaka. I arrived before check-in and left my luggage at the hotel while I explored the area. When I returned, the staff had already delivered my bags to my room. I stayed for two nights, then went to Koyasan for one night with only a day pack, leaving my main luggage in storage. When I returned for my final night, my luggage had once again been placed in my room. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. I would definitely stay here again. Oh and the breakfast was delicious! Nothing, I truly enjoyed my stay.

Very good location to food places like Lawson's and small eateries. Very happy with bidet. Enjoyed coffee available all the time--very enjoyable coffee. Didn't like step up into bathroom and the step up into the room.

The location was good and the room was well appointed. The restaurant was closed for dinner that night and it was pouring rain. The staff spoke very little English. They tried but it was very frustrating.

This is an excellent hotel at a great location, with very comfortable rooms including a complimentary coffee machine, convenient laundry room, and a great breakfast. They went out of their way to help us with everything. We very highly recommend this hotel. Nothing.
