The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was good. A lovely breakfast spot called Oriental Cafe just down the street from the hotel. Lawson's is connected to the hotel. The staff were friendly. Unlike many hotels in Japan there were very few amenities, no tea or coffee in rooms and no lotions in Onsen.

I was there just for 1 night and everything was OK. Spacious room, hot bath & sauna included.

The price was reasonable and the room was nice with calm colors. I would definitely like to stay here again. There were buildings outside the window so the location wasn't the best, but it was well-connected and there were no particular issues or concerns.

THE LOCATION WAS CONVINIENT I COULD PREFER THAT THE ROOMS SHOULD BE CLEANED DAILY

This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed. Room was not cleaned 05 days during my stay. Room was extremely small and was room was not enough to sit in. Very poor service. No water bottle to the room. Towels provided like small piece of clothes. Extremely poor condition and not worth for money at all. everything. Mainly poor room service.

Plus side theres a laundry facility within the hotel. Three nights stay and no cleaning . This is their policy. Just change of towels. Small rooms compared to other hotels in japan we stayed

Good price for the value.

Clean, modern rooms. Many amenities including a public bath present. Direct door to lawson from inside hotel. Towel service. Best sleep on this trip. Not the cheapest rooms. The bathroom hints that the hotel has been renovated recently except for the bathrooms. Kept stubbing my toe on the ledge to enter it.

Good location. Lawson downstairs.Basic rooms. Found some hairs on my bed (not mine). It seems either sauna is for locals only or my key didn’t work. People with tattoos are not welcome in spa area which basically I find as bad experience as we all pay same price and in modern wold tattoos doesn’t mean that person is in yakuza. This would mean half of Europe is in mafia ?

I liked the public bath. The sauna was really hot with the temperature of 90 degrees, there was a TV in the sauna. Strange fact: the male public bath has a hot swimming pool and a small cold pool for cooling after the sauna, they show it in all the photos. The female public bath only has one really hot pool and does not have any cold pool. Our stay was very bad. At check in me and my son were assigned a room right next to the elevator. As soon as we saw the location of the room we went right back to the reception and asked to change it. The receptionist however told us that it was the only room available for today, that is in a hotel with 14 floors and more than 300 rooms. And we did not check in late, we checked in around 16:00. We were not offered any options, not even for the following days, which was really unhelpful. We had quite a long stay of 4 nights booked, longer than most guests. We had to stay in this horrible room which had multiple problems. Counting days for our stay to end. Thin walls. The toilet had a really bad smell. The beds were uncomfortable with these horrible blanket covers that did not encompass the whole blanket and had large gaps along both sides. The blankets always fell out of their cover at night. The room and the bathroom were tiny, but also badly designed and felt very uncomfortable. Small rooms are typical for Japan and we stayed in other places with rooms of that exact size, but these other rooms felt better as they were better organised. In this hotel we really felt cramped. The curtains were quite thick, but not black-out blinds, the sun will wake you up in the mornings. A separate word about uncleanliness. When we moved in the remote controls and the bathroom door handles were all covered in sticky grease. I had to wipe them because they were so dirty. The room cleaning was not provided even for the stays longer than 3 days. Instead they changed the towels and the rubbish through the procedure when everyone puts their dirty towels and rubbish bins into the public corridor in the mornings. So every morning you would walk through a corridor filled with them. My son asked me if this hotel was from the cheapest possible category. I answered that I actually paid extra because I wanted to stay in a nice more expensive place. Well, choosing this hotel was a mistake.

Hotel: 10/10 Public bath! Location: 7/10 Supermarket next door I had an issue in the room. When I raised it with Ha she was aggressive & offered no solution. I shared the issue with the manager who had me wasting my time for an hour to then offer no solution whatsoever. So poor at so many levels :( & it is such a shame because it is a lovely hotel!!! Service: 2/10 Manager response: 2/10
