It would randomly get really humid in the room. I believe when the heater kicked on it happend. It made it very hard to sleep.

Excellent location, close to parks and walking trail next to river. Great room view, very polite staff. Room quite comfortable. 7-11 next door. Nothing to complain about. BTW, the air conditioning was excellent.

Location , value , bed was comfortable The room we stayed in smelled like b/o sadly when we walked in but the staffed was quickly able to fix the issue

Staff were excellent, accommodation was great! No restaurant other than breakfast buffet, and we were not allowed access to the lounge on the top floor!

It’s an oasis in the city. We enjoyed walking around the area.

everything good! except that the transparent glass need to wash clean. it stained with yogurt which i had it. two conservation days still have the stained.

Good location it is a nice neighborhood, easy access to the train station, good size of room

Breakfast not included, walking distance to subway, well setup room, free public bath, helpful staff and shuttle bus driver Bathrobe of synthetic material not very comfortable

Check out could have been faster (although there was a tv checkout option, there was no place to drop the key cards and go. I still had to line up at the reception.)

Clean and spacious for Japan, proximity to the river and walking distance to downtown with shops and eateries The only place I saw trash daily in Japan was on the river walk to main street, no one maintains this area very often, same trash daily with accumulated trash, most likely by tourists. The walkway was not manicured in terms of landscape maintenance,no were in Japan from Tokyo to Osaka did we find public trash cans accessible

The view from the room was entertaining. I liked public bath with open air bath. Lounge was nice touch, eventhough the food selection was limited comparing with the one in another Mitsui GardenPremier. The shuttle service was helpful. Our room was spacious and the bathroom decoration was tasteful. Good breakfast! People had to fight for the laundry. I wish they provide more than 2 machines. I wish they provide microwave in common areas. Other than those, we enjoyed the stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Premier!!!
