Awesome location with great views if you book the river view rooms. The public bath was very neat and comfortable. The bathroom/ wash basin had an open concept. There was no doors for separating the room from the wash basin area.

great location, peaceful by the river, close enough to 3 metro stations. The shuttle bus to Osaka JR was incredibly convenient. nothing, all great.

I liked the responsiveness of the staff. I had an allergic reaction to some medication and a staff memeber(otomi? I believe) assisted me with booking a doctors appointment nearby. I also really loved the lounge experience with the specialty ginger ale and custom mocktails.

Spacious room, stunning views of the river, fantastic proximity to various stations, nice and quiet neighborhood with lots of food options. No access to top floor lounge, some of the breakfast items tasted a bit bland.

Super great value for the money! The room is exceptional, hiper clean and quiet. The hotel staff is super friendly. They have a public bath on the rooftop which is a must for a nice relaxation and to experience the traditional Japanese bath. The hotel is close to subway station and they have a free shuttle from/to Osaka station every 30 minutes.

Nothing really! Would have liked a cold tub and a sauna/steam room in the onsen, but that's not a deal breaker.

The breakfast was good, with a lot of different choices, both traditional Japanese cuisine and Western dishes. The beds were firm but comfortable, and the pillows among the best of the various places we stayed in Japan, where they tend to be too hard. The sliding door for the toilet did not afford the greatest amount of auditory privacy, which might be a little off-putting if traveling with other people. The location was a little far from the places we wanted to go, but it wasn't too far from the train to Universal Studios.

It would randomly get really humid in the room. I believe when the heater kicked on it happend. It made it very hard to sleep.

Location , value , bed was comfortable The room we stayed in smelled like b/o sadly when we walked in but the staffed was quickly able to fix the issue

Excellent location, close to parks and walking trail next to river. Great room view, very polite staff. Room quite comfortable. 7-11 next door. Nothing to complain about. BTW, the air conditioning was excellent.
