Close to station and good breakfast as usual.
-
clean and accessible

The location was very good for exploring Osaka and conveniently near two subway stops.
-
Breakfast is a joke - It's much easier to walk 50 meters to City Bakery and get a much better experience for the same price. There's a lot of dust in the room, especially around the hood and next to the TV. The air conditioner is my personal nightmare, and maybe it's just a room-specific issue, but it was so loud that it was impossible to sleep with it on.

Clean and quiet room on an upper floor was nice. A nightly bath in the Japanese style bathtub was a highlight of staying in this hotel. Some good restaurants nearby and all the amenities you’ll need! It would have been great to have some cleaning service during my stay. Also, the location is quiet but a bit out of the way. Not too much nearby and can be a bit tiresome to trek to and fro at the beginnings and ends of your days.

The hotel is very well located. The Nihonbashi train station is a few steps away which is very convenient to go around Osaka. The rooms were confortable. We got two rooms next to each other as requested. There are a lot of restaurants and shops near by and vending machines inside the hotel. The bathroom is very small. We stayed for 7 nights and they explained they were not going to clean the rooms but they had a schedule for us to take out the trash and they delivered clean towels everyday. The breakfast was the exact same everyday. We only enjoyed coffee and croissant the most. The breakfast was very poor compared to the other hotels we stayed in Japan.

really lovely hotel in good location and excellent value for money no microwave on the site which I find in Japan to be needed especially if you want to enjoy the convenience store and bring something back to the room for later
-
It's close to the subway station and there are heaps of eating places around the hotel, overall a nice and pleasant place to stay! Could do with some in house movies/shows , all TV channels are local and in Japanese language only

Very convenient location. Very good staff.
-
Good location in a more quiet area. Lots of food options close by. Staff were very helpful.
-
Price! Value for money, and you get what you pay for. Budget room but it does the job. Not enough towels or amenities for the people staying.
-
Near the subway station exit. None.
-
Room needed a deep dusting and I don’t believe the mini fridge was working.

It was close to the Nakanoshima Museum of Art. There was a beautiful large floral arrangement in the lobby. The room description on Booking.com said: “Guests will have a special experience as the twin room features a hot tub.” It was just a regular business hotel style tub. I went down to ask about it at the front desk and they had no idea what I was talking about, even after showing them the description in the app. (Confusion exacerbated by my attempt to describe it as a jacuzzi tub, because that’s how I’ve heard them described before, but the ジャグジー (jagujī) / ジャクジー (jakujī) sounds similar to 蛇口 [じゃぐち (jaguchi)], which means “faucet”and they were like, yes, there’s a faucet - and we confirmed that yes, I had running water … and then I gave up.) So, no hot tub aside, there were coffee stains on the wall above the small desk - they came off with a wet wipe, so clearly no one had tried that. Oh, back to the tub - from in the tub, I could see that the bottom of the toilet had also not been wiped in some time as there were yellow stains and a build-up of dust there. The sheets were scratchy.
