Some staff can be a bit unfriendly

I wasnt expecting the room to be a little more spacious, which it did! Had a late check in around 8pm ish. The lady staff greeted me with smile and was friendly. Also helped to get some coins exchange for laundry service. As i entered the room and also the first time was surprise the interior design is like a local japanese house where you had to take off your shoes at the entrance before stepping in, love that concept! Honestly its a nice hotel! Just a little bit of walking distance to the train station but not a big deal. Theres also a medium size 7-11 nearby where i went for amenities supply. Starting to miss this place actually! Nothing for now

It was clean, the staff was very friendly and I like the location. The listing said they provided futons, but they did not. They just little pads on a hard wood floor. You could not sleep with out seriously causing pain to your back or hips. They should not advertise these are futons or beds of any sort. Most uncomfortable sleeping arrangement I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve travalled all over the world.

The location is great and close to the metro! Lots of restaurant options around. The hotel also provides a smoking area inside, which can be comfortable as smoking is only allowed in designated areas in Japan. We chose to sleep on tatami mats on the floor. For those travelling with big suitcases the space is limited in the room with the tatami mats unfolded.

I had a fantastic experience staying during my trip to Osaka. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Their kindness and professionalism made a great first impression. The room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super Japanese but good, and the bathroom was clean and spacious.

I really liked the room (i love sleeping on the floor) and it had everything necessary. Also enjoyed the complimentary supplies as bath salt and teas. I loved the closed up window, which protected well from sun and noice from the outside. Tooth brush and tooth paste was for a purchase. Not that i needed it, but all other hotels had those available free of charge.
