Its my second time with APA Hotel but at another place. Its convenient access to other places by train since its just right outside of the hotel. The beds are comfortable. And there was also an indoor onsen on one of the floors which i didnt utilize, but a number of people were using it. Not bad area actually, quite like it. I believe its convenient for the local salary men where i saw quite a number of them going in and out. Just that the room are very narrow, other than that, all good! Its probably just the room space, walkway is just too narrow and maybe opening a large suitcase might be an issue as well. Slightly dusty but that didnt get into me, im good.

Booked a single room and there was no space to even walk let alone keep luggage inside the room. Do NOT recommend to solo travelers.

Location is few stations away from dotonburi and if you don’t like crowd like I do this hotel this hotel is for you When they gave you 1 card per person even if the room is booked for two.

Not very much! I had stayed in an APA in Tokyo the previous week.and even though that room was also tiny, it felt much more comfortable than this one. This room was really cramped and I was constantly tripping over. There were hairs on the shower wall and bathroom floor when I checked in and I felt the room wasn't as clean as it should have been. The hallway was chaos during the day when the other rooms were being cleaned, with carts and cleaning supplies all over the place. I felt like I was constantly queuing in this hotel, whether for an elevator or waiting a whole day to get to use a washing machine. It was not a relaxing place to stay for me.

No foyer to sit and wait, no business area, no cafe, no bar, no room to put luggage if you are sharing a room

The room was too small — we could hardly move around. There was no proper space to store our luggage and nowhere to change comfortably. The room felt suitable only for sleeping, not for relaxing.

It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. No plugs worked, the toilet wouldn’t flush, zero room and no storage even though there’s no room. We tried to complain to the front desk and they didn’t care whatsoever.

the beds and pillows were very comfortable. the bathrooms are very small for big persons like me... and the services are very limited by the reception (for exemple: could not help to call a local number to secure a booking as I only had a SIM with data)
