Very good hotel with good location and friendly staff. I guess I've found the best one If in Osaka again (sure, I will).

The staff was great and friendly, very pleasant experience The location is quite good too, not extremly crowded but well connected to both Shin-Osaka station, and to Dotonbori and other tourist traps and transfer lines on the south Toilets are great, the rooms are clean The thing that left the highest expression however, is probably the food in the hotel. The breakfast was so amazing, it ruined my expectations because breakfast in hotels after this one wasn't even comparable. And it meant even more to me because it was a buffet type of breakfast and due to jet lag I was waking up at 5am. All of the food I tried was top tier. The rice, curry, and some sweet ball deserts were out of this world. Sadly I don't know the name of those sweets, but all I can say is that it was a blessing for my mouth. Last but not least, the price was also quite good compared to some other places. Hopefully one day when I come back to Osaka, I get to book this hotel again. Best wishes to every staff mamber and thank you for having me. That I left

Great little place! Highly recommended

A very comfortable stay. The staff are friendly, and the location near Yodoyabashi Station is extremely convenient. Lawson and 7Eleven are available in 1 minute walk, which helps a lot. The location made it easy to move around Osaka, You can strategically position yourself to move around without wasting time and overall it felt like great value. The room was a bit small. Other than that, everything was fine.

The property was clean. Pajamas in the room very comfortable. Air conditioning in the room was great. We couldn’t use the onsen but they did have one! Close to train station The room, while expected, was extremely small. We upgraded to a queen bed instead of a full bed but this didn’t change the size of the room leaving us even more cramped with barely any room. This was disappointing. Did not love the area - it was clean and had a few restaurants but rather far from the areas we spent our time. The bed was okay but not super comfortable. The bathroom, while small like all the others, the shower head if not in the perfect position, sprayed onto the floor or the mirror. The shower and sink shared a faucet which was weird. Just not comfortable!

It was an excellent location near the train station. The hotel was clean and the staff was super helpful and nice. Would definitely come back to this hotel for future visits in Osaka. Nothing in particular, i really enjoyed my stay.

Friendly staff who helped and spoke English to the best of their ability! They let me leave my luggage there before check-in. The rooms were clean and well prepped.

Great central location to the Hommachi subway station. A disappointing experience. This hotel acts like a budget lodging even though the price is comparatively higher than similar competitors. The onsen is not tattoo friendly and will not even allow sticker cover ups. Be warned: if you have a tattoo of any size you'll be strictly forbidden from entry. I wish the website was more clear about this as it was a major reason why I booked. The standard room has just enough space for a bed and a tiny desk, and the bathroom is one of the simplest I've encountered - even the budget hotel in sapporo I stayed in had a tub with jets and a separate shower, but this hotel was thin plastic in a space resembling a camper van and temperatures never reached above luke warm. Cleanliness was ok - the room was mostly clean but there was dust around the trim of the baseboards and on the carpet between the piling. This wasn't terrible but it was surprising given the time they allot for cleaning with checkout hours. Checkout is also strangely early compared to most hotels - 10:00am. I was under the weather after arriving in Osaka and slept in until 10:01; when leaving my room at 10:07 I was bombarded by phone calls and door knocks and an admonishment at the front desk. Again, in most hotels there is the option for a later check out or a grace period but not here. Breakfast also closes early - 10:00am. There's no opportunity to get even a coffee or water in the lobby. You'll be met with the explanation of "Well we did warn you." This is true and I don't disagree, but customer service would suggest that it's reasonable to get your guest a takeaway machine coffee after they've just lost their money for prepaid breakfast. All in all, the only thing good I can say about this hotel is that the location is central. Otherwise it's below standard in rooms, amenities, and service and most travelers will be able to find better options elsewhere.

The staff was really friendly and open to special requests, also the room was very spacious and had a nice bath/shower, it was really close to the Yodoyabashi station entrance/exit 12 (300 meters) which made transport really easy and coming back home not so exhausting at night Everything was really enjoyable maybe the restaurant could be a little bit bigger or have more options since only if the reservation included breakfast it was an option, anyways there were cafes or super markets really close

I really enjoyed the staff, they even took care of our luggage in case we needed to travel to other cities and come back, also enjoyed the tranquility and hospitality of the venue, close to the train stations the lobby was a little small and not a real waiting area, even though it wasnt a problem to wait around after checkout because they had lockers that could be used without any fee
-
Modern room, amazing bathroom with great ventilation, heated mirror and smart tap apparently i needed to ask staff to change toilet seat temperature(i didn’t have access to do it myself)
-
Great location close to subway station and convenience stores. It is located on a quiet neighborhood depite being near to some intense landmarks. Room was nice and clean with a very nice staff.
-
Location Unhelpful Staffs. Arrogant lobby staffs made the whole trip full of disappointments. Mr. Kumar and another Japanese staff who I couldn't get the name.
-
Great location, tasty breakfasts, public bath (hot spring) available, but people with tattoos are not allowed to use it. People with tattoos are not allowed to use hot spring.
-
When heading over from Yodoyabashi station, look for exit 10 as it has the lift to the ground level. While there is not much in the immediate vicinity, this makes for a very pleasant and peaceful stay and you are only a short train ride away to many places to eat and explore.
-
Quiet area, 200m walk to Yodoyabashi station(Osaka metro-Midosuji line). Can't hear any noise at night. Bed is just nice, not too hard or soft. A variety of pillows are available to choose from at the lobby, so don't have to worry about hard/soft pillows.

Everything. Vert good breakfast. Nothing.

- Location is great, close to Yodoyabashi station - Check-out was extremely fast and simple (you literally just insert your room key into the machine) - Convenience store (Family Mart) and coffee shops (Dotour and Tully's) nearby. There is also a small supermarket right outside of the subway station. - Breakfast is OK (not great, just OK). But plenty of coffee available. - Small, simple sauna available - Not much to complain about. It's an eco-friendly hotel. If you want your towels changed you'll just need to leave your towels in a bag outside of your door.
