Lovely new hotel in a great location. A 9 minute cab ride to Osaka Train Station, and a 5 minute walk to the nearest subway. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely designed and clean. We enjoyed breakfast, matched with good service. A very pleasant stay for us! N/A

The room size was ok compare with japanese criteria. I can enter in the bathroom. The hotel dont have any facilities, the breakfast they serve in the lobby and is very poor. Another problem is they dont change the food and we eat 6 days only eggs and croissant. Is not respect the standard of Intercontinental.

The hotel offered a good and complete buffet breakfast, lunch and bar service. There was a queue to obtain some food items and/or coffee since hotel only had one coffee maker, one waffle maker, for the numerous of guests present

We loved the bathtub and shower in our room! The coffee at breakfast was excellent. The staff were all exceptional; especially the maitre d’. The breakfast scrambled eggs were very undercooked and the boiled potatoes and carrots were not very good.

Room was spacious. Super clean and spotless. Bathroom was very big and again extremely clean. Location is great, one close station and one that is a 10 minute walk if not less. Very calm neighborhood, family mart and 7Eleven within walking distance. It's a bit pricey, for a longer stay I would have probably gone elsewhere

No space to eat food with my colleague at the 1st floor. There is only cafe/restaurant so it was uncomfortable to bring in some food with colleagues since our room are different. But except that, I love it!

Our stay at voco Osaka was fantastic. We truly enjoyed our short time in the city, and the hotel played a big part in making the experience so memorable. We stayed for a couple of days primarily to visit Universal Studios, and honestly, we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and spacious, which made our stay extremely comfortable. Travelling with two young boys, we booked two rooms, giving us both space and privacy — and allowing the boys to enjoy some quality time of their own. The rooms had all the essentials, and as you’d expect from an IHG property, the amenities were of a consistently high standard. The hotel’s location was another highlight: just a 3-minute walk to the subway and around a 15-minute taxi ride to Osaka Station, making it very convenient for getting around. We also really appreciated the early check-in gesture. Arriving around 10am, it was incredibly helpful to store our bags, freshen up, and start exploring the city right away — making the most of our first day. Highly recommended for families and anyone visiting Osaka.

Room was modern and clean. Toiletries were nice. Having stayed in both international and local chains in Japan, this is the only hotel for which the staff does not greet the guests at all. The check in counter is literally less than 3metres from the entrance and in the dozen times I have entered and exited the hotel, at no time did any of the staff welcome /nod/acknowledge me. Very unwelcoming vibe. Location is not great for tourists, will advise you to pick other hotels along the midosuji line.
