Not as clean as expected. A bit tired looking.

Great neighbourhood to stay in - the park across the road was a pleasant surprise. Close to metro lines and some nice restaurants. Not enough space for luggage when taking a family-size room. Cases had to be opened on the beds and not much storage space.

Beds were comfy, staff was super friendly at check in. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again next time I’m in Osaka.

The location was sufficient to the train/subway station and to the main lux shopping street. The staff that greeted us upon arrival were not attentive or friendly. However, the person at the front desk upon our return at check-in time was much more helpful and friendly. The room was exceptionally small for 2 people with 2 large pieces of luggage, 2 carryon pieces, and our backpacks. If you are single or 2 people traveling out of your backpack/s and all you need is somewhere to rest and lay your head down, then this is the place for you.

Very spacious room and beds. The bathroom’s ventilation works weirdly, sometimes you can smell smoke from other rooms.

Staff was very nice. Amenities were a plus. The cleanliness. Things didn’t look like they were moved, dust everywhere. Black spots everywhere, moldy looking. Couch cushions had stains. Weird smells.

Pretty good location, functional layout. Towels had stains, minimal shelves/places to put/hang stuff. Only two washer/dryers, one was in maintenance during our stay.

Very kids friendly. I liked the complimentary beverages at the lobby. I got charged a bit more that what was stated on my booking.com reservation.

it is near to some convenience stores and some restaurants. it is also near to station (within 7-8 mins walking distance). The room is bit hot and I cannot set the temperature. Hotel management should take an action to overcome this temperature problem.

Clean, comfortable rooms with access to washing, cafe and free coffee. The place felt a bit out of way, but the station is not far so you can get by. Staff is nice and makes you feel you are welcome. Location wasn't super great, next to a highway or something so it's a bit of dead end of town. I am sure there are better locations to stay around Osaka

Kids loved the drink bar. Good location, close to train station. Lots of restaurants around. Bonus point when the road near exit 2 in Hommachi station has lots of lights up at night which made the way to the hotel a lot more fun for kids. Toys were put out so kids had a good time as well. My kids had some soft toys in the room and one of the cleaners made a fun decoration with those toys after making the bed. It made them laugh a lot when we went home that day. Thank you for doing that. We booked room with 2 kids including breakfast for the first day but turned out breakfast was not included for kids as kids was free to stay and thus could not have meal. We did not know that before. Only 4 options for breakfast as other people mentioned. We only booked for 1 breakfast so not a big deal for us at all.
