Tabist Unihotel Midosuji Honmachi

I liked how quiet my room was as I read some reviews about train noise? I dont recall noticing it enough for it to be an issue. Excellent price, would recommend to stay here. My beer and food was warm after leaving it in the fridge for hours. Unsure if there's a switch that i didnt see?

Similar to all the accomodations I have stayed in Osaka, I have to say that this hotel is also a home away from home. The hotel itself is less than a five-minute walk from the Midosuji Line's Honmachi Station. The hotel is also near several convenience stores - 7-Eleven, Family Mart, and Daily Yamazaki. There are also several chain restaurants and izakayas (traditional Japanese bars) located nearby. The accommodation itself reminds me of my own home because it looks like an apartment building converted into a hotel. The facilities were great and were very clean. I was surprised to see that my room has two (2) beds despite only staying as an individual guest. I like that there is also a separate wash area (sink) aside from the sink inside the bathroom. The bathroom is also a bit larger than those of the regular business hotels. There are also a small desk and a chairwhere I could work and a small refrigerator where I could put cold beverages and snacks. The bed is very comfortable and I was able to sleep soundly after a long day's work. The wi-fi connection was initially difficult to connect to. After about half an hour of trying to check whether or not the password I entered was correct, I decided to go down to reception and ask why I could not connect. Unfortunately I could not show the receptionist my difficulty in connecting to the wi-fi as I was at the lobby. He mentioned to try the wi-fi ID of the room adjacent to mine. Thankfully I was finally able to connect. Another thing that was also surprising is that the hotel has no space for luggage storage.

The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean. The location was well-situated The only downside was the room's soundproofing.

Comfy, friendly staff, convenient location, relatively clean One thing I would suggest is for the carpets to be vacuumed. It was dusty, especially in the corners

The room was as per advertised. A bit small but it was more than enough for a solo traveller like me. Clean and in excellent condition. The staff were all friendly and helpful along my stay despite some of them speaks a little English. On top of that, the hotel is nearby a few train stations so it was easy to travel to and from the hotel. I didn’t find anything dissatisfactory.

It is close to train station with a walking distance of few minutes, also 7-11, drug store, and mcdonald nearby the hotel which is quite convenient. My bed pillows in my bedroom weren't clean enough.
