The location is good. Clean

Our room was a bit on the small side (even considering places in Tokyo, for example), but it was nice and tidy. Unfortunately our window didn’t offer the best views because, even though we were on a very high floor (24th if I remember correctly), our window was right on the emergency stairs and there was also a kind of “technical balcony” with the A/C units and all that. It didn’t spoil our stay, though, as we still got to see some of Osaka from above and the staff was anything short of amazing. They helped us sending our luggage using Yamato Transport (kuroneko/takkyubin) and were always there ready to help the guests.

Location, comfort, laundry. Overcharging for early check in, even when room ready and just an hour before check in. I didn’t do it because it was too much money. But the policy and implementation just feel very unfriendly and unnecessary.

The hotel is so new and bed is clean. They provide new towel and carpet every day, even you don’t ask for daily cleaning. (They’ll hang it at the door.) The room for solo travel is big enough that you can leave the suitcase opened. The bath can be too small for a man but since I’m small girl so it’s not a problem. They have 3 elevators so I didn’t feel I waited too long. Near metro station. The nearest exits are 17 and 18 (elevator one). You can do self check-in and check-out. Family mart is connected to the lobby so it’s super convenient! The receptionists are really nice. They helped me calling to Lost and Found station. I really appreciate them. Would recommend and would stay here again :)

Everything, location, facilities, staff, check-in process, all were great. Lawson right at the entrance and metro 5 mins away. There is also laundry on the ground floor which made for the perfect stay. Nothing

Location and value Not much

I really liked my stay at this hotel, close to everything, there is literally a lawson in it! How convenient. Well commu

Easy access to public transport. Nice view of the city skyline if your room is high enough.
-
location not enough washing machines, slow elevator
-
Great location, very near to Honmachi Station and also has a Lawson attached to it. Great overall aesthetics and value for money. Fast Wi-Fi speeds too. Easy check-in and checkout process. None

Can't really complain, you absolutely get what you pay for!

friendly staff, good location, clean and comfortable room
-
Location is close to the subways around Hommachi. Quiet. The part I found most difficult to understand was that, in a hotel with so many international tourists, the staff’s English was quite limited and they communicated with us only through a translation device. This was a bit challenging. The rooms are quite narrow.

It is close to Lawson and Daiso then a 5-10 mins walk from Exit 17 Hommachi train station. It needs improvement in the amenities area.

The location was great. Close to the station and the shopping district I didn’t like it didn’t have breakfast options and the options nearby were not as good.

The Location is perfect, you can walk about 1-2 blocks to catch the trains, there's a 24 hour Lawsons connected to the property (like a 7-11), there's places to eat right out side the entry, everything is easy to get too, very safe walking around at all times, the room was nice, there's a super easy laundry room on the first floor too. All of the staff was great, very helpful, a special shout out to Matsumoto, she was super great and helped me a lot, the hotel was so good, I forgot my Passport and some money in the safe when I checked out and went walking around before my flight, when I got back they had it waiting for me, my stay could not have been better, if I am in Osaka again I will 100% stay here. I liked everything about Brackets Hotel :)

Accessibility it is near Hommachi station. Cleanliness. Luggage storage after checkout is allowed

The building seems new and it’s close to a subway exit with an elevator (exit 18). There is a convenience store right next to it, 3 spacious elevators, modern coin washing and drying machines and vending machines in the lobby. With the pre-checkin I avoided queues or contact by using one of their self service terminals, I just hate having to interact with people when I’m tired from travelling and I think it’s very convenient. The pillows are the best, the bed linen very soft and clean. The room was very small, even for japan standards I think it was on the smaller side. We had to open the window because the heating was too hot and they cannot turn it off for each room individually
