Nice location and rooms were comfortable. Not as modern as depicted on photos and no special perk activities. Not too much concierge services to help direct or guide our stay more efficiently.

Great location with restaurants, subway, and convenience stores nearby. Very nice dining area that is open in the afternoon and evenings with tea, coffee, etc. Shared laundry is available here, which was great. Good value, safe, and a good "home base" for seeing the city. Room size was a little tight, but we appreciated the 3 twin beds.

The photo in the ad was not what we got it was very tiny no space or sofa people were kind but this is a very simple business hotel not a vacation hotel The laundry was tiny 2 machines on floors 17 and 6 and they took forever to dry like 4 hours

The hotel is only 2 minutes from the train station, very convenient. The room is in decent size. We have two beds for 3 people. It was very comfortable. Breakfast was good but a little pricey. No. Everything is good.

Property was clean and close to transportation. The staff were helpful and the restaurant downstairs provided a nice breakfast daily. The property was a little cramped for my family of four.

The staff was so accommodating. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of foods. The shower and Bluetooth speaker in the shower was extra excellent.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We decided to upgrade and they happily accommodated us. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.. There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel.

The hotel is within easy walking distance to train stations, shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, and the entertainment district. It was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable, and the waterfall shower and whirlpool tub were great. Room was small although I upgraded to a superior room. Had to rearrange some furniture so we could open our suitcases. Air conditioner was quite noisy and kept turning itself off, so room was too warm during the night.

Everything Very very uncomfortable, cleaning was bad, beds were bad, room size was very bad. The hotel had nothing to offer or provide. We did not even get help with luggage, very small, i would not come here again. Staff were very hard to communicate with, even when using google translate.

Everything was excellent: the location, breakfast, staff, washing and drying facilities, room size, and cleanliness. They have free instant cups and fruit juice drinks provided at night. We loved it all. No cocoa drink and no body lotion provided. The skincare set needed to be requested from the front desk. However, these were minor issues, and I did not deduct any points from my rating.
