Everything was excellent: the location, breakfast, staff, washing and drying facilities, room size, and cleanliness. They have free instant cups and fruit juice drinks provided at night. We loved it all. No cocoa drink and no body lotion provided. The skincare set needed to be requested from the front desk. However, these were minor issues, and I did not deduct any points from my rating.

The wifi did not work some times. Some days it showed a good signal but could not be accessed. Also, it was not convenient that the water stations were only on two floors.

Good location and a place to relax in the evening , and free coffee and tea provided They did not allow me to buy their coffee in their restaurant if I was not going to have breakfast. I had left over food also that needed to be heated in the microwave oven in the morning and staff refused to allow me to do it…..they need to re focus on the customer and not so much in their burocrátic silly rules.

Great location easy access to train station with shopping and food with in a 15 min walk. Very clean Rooms were quite small and beds were futon on a platform.

Though busy, the staff really tried to make you feel taken care of and accommodate you.The room was very big and well maintained. Also, the lounge was really pleasant.

Right by the train station, very convenient. Staff was very helpful. Let us leave our luggage there after we checked out so we could explore more hands free. Breakfast buffet was delicious

There is a coffee room in the lobby with free coffee, juices, and smoothies. Also wine too. A bit of walk from the Restrauants around.
