Location was centeral and near a metro station Rooms were spacious and clean A minor inconvenience was that the curtains didn't fully cover the windows and now in the summer the sun comes out early so it gets pretty bright in the room

The hotel is amazing , with modern design, high ceiling, service is terrific, great location, fabulous breakfast buffet, spacious room and great view to the city…everything is 5 star standard. We enjoyed everything here!

So dirty it is not clean and how they rated them as a 5 stars hotel there are far even to be a 1 star hotel. Every thing They are so mean the hotel is trash.

They make you feel welcome at first and the concierge service was very nice and helpful. The rooms are a bit rundown, needs remodeling, furniture looks old and scratched. Beds are not very comfortable. Carpets in the hallways smell.

Amazing room, amazing view, amazing bed, amazing bathroom… shower was also outstanding with some horizontal showers too! Would certainly come back. Staff is super friendly and the hotel is gorgeous. Breakfast was also amazing and the hotel restaurants were also good. Honestly nothing that I can think of.

The staff are great, the hotel is situated in a top area. Value for money and brand name you can't beat this property. Only down side is that the rooms are started to age. They are in need of a refresh

Location is excellent . Walking distance to Dontobori and main shopping streets . The view is breathtaking to Osaka skyline . Clean . And the staff are very polite and helpful .

The room and bathroom That the breakfast room was too small and we had to wait 30 min ! That the butler service is a bit of a joke…you send a request for restaurant in the morning and then they reply in the evening when it is too laten (twice)
