Facilities and staff. Its also spacious compare to others We stayed for almost a week and they serve the same food menu for breakfast everyday. It was good but not good when youre eating the same food for 5 consecutive days

The hotel location is convenient for access from both Hommachi station and Sakaisuji Hommachi Station. It is easy to connect to Namba and Umeda areas as well as trains to other cities, but not in such busy touristic neighborhood. As a solo female traveler I felt safe here. The price was reasonable. I had two bookings, with a two-night trip to Kyoto in between. I was allowed to store my luggage at the hotel during the trip. In short, the hotel had all I needed. Not that luxurious, but comfortable and convenient enough to make your trip pleasant. -

Stayed here during our Japan trip and honestly the location made everything so convenient. Easy access to trains, convenience stores, restaurants, and tourist spots. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and staff were very accommodating. Perfect place if you want to explore the city without the hassle of long travel times. Would definitely stay here again!

super close to the river, shopping centers and lots of street vendors although the room and bathroom was clean there was a urine odor from the bathroom when we first walked in that's the only minor issue

Nothing fancy, but it has decent large clean family rooms for four. The rooms are well thought out. The location is next to a subway station. Dotonbori is walkable (25min). Breakfast was great. Coin parking next door.

A very nice hotel for a family with kids. Walking distance from a train staton. We had a comfortable stay. They also provide very nice complimentary skincare items.

Location and breakfast А completely dusty room. After we asked for the room to be cleaned the next day, other than changing the bed linens and towels, they didn't wipe away any dust. The dust on the furniture and appliances remained untouched.

The location of this hotel is excellent and incredibly convenient. On one side, you can easily access the Midosuji Line, and on the other, the Sakaisuji Line, making transfers especially smooth if you’re coming from Kansai Airport by train. Exit 15 even has elevators, which is a big plus when traveling with luggage. It’s also just a few minutes away by taxi or Uber to and from Osaka’s Air Terminal if you’re taking the airport bus. The hotel is close to central Osaka but still feels calm and relaxed, unlike the crowds and noise of Namba or Shinsaibashi. There are plenty of food options nearby, and a supermarket is just a short walk away, which is very convenient. The room was clean, fresh-smelling, and more spacious than the average Japanese business hotel. Free amenities are available to take as well, which was a nice bonus. Almost everything was great, but the electric kettle had mold and the hair dryer was dirty.

But the staff still Breakfast charge to my Client And still there is City tax, so many time I came to Japan , and Reservation by Booking.com , there is now additional.charge for city tax Wahy the hotel staff still charge another breakfast , cause I read the reservation is include breakfast 4Adult and 1 Child, and mu client paid 3600 Yen for 3 time breakfast Booking Number : 5366810216 Booking Number : 5399092731 Can you solve the Problem Thankyou I need the explanation about this case

Good location and friendly staff. Small room, don’t have enough space for big luggages so we had to put them on the bed to open.

The air condition in the room was a bit loud and too strong in the relatively small room. The staff at breakfast could not really help us to find out what were the ingredients of the food and there were no signage provided (like in another Mystays hotel) This made our options very limited that complied with our dietary restrictions.

Good facilities, great location - near train station and shopping district. Check in and out process was easy. Room is slightly small for two people, but is expected for room sizes in Japan.

Confortable to explore the city and surroundings. The room was clean and the bed was very good. The staff didn't check-in us quick and we had to ask several times to do it.
