The environment is quite noisy at night, even when the window is closed. The noise is mainly from cars speeding.

Comfortable, clean, modern. Staff got quite upset with us when we accidentally parked in a reserved spot. We misunderstood the sign. Make sure to park down the street not at the hotel.

Rooms were much bigger compared to similar priced hotels Hotel only had 1 elevator which caused some delays at times

Hotel being situated not far from the metro, which also wasn't far away from main locations in the city. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a nice size. Clean. Staff were friendly and helpful too! Room slightly small but the bathroom size made up for the constricted room size. Overall not much to complain about.

Rooms were incredibly spacious. Bathroom has a ton of mold, be careful. Staff refused to rectify the issue.

Location was great close to rail station. Lots of to do close by. Was easy to locate from the train station. Which we used extensively to get to the Expo 2025 site.

Location was perfect. Less then 2min walk from major train station. 30min walk to/back from Dotonbori or 10min train ride. If walking to Dotonbori, you’ll experience the whole shopping strip from hotel to dobro street with tons of food and shopping stores Nothing

The room was very clean and the bathroom was lovely, good shower and lots of shampoo etc. Pillows were the best, we stayed at 6 different hotels while in Japan and Travelodge supplied the best fluffy comfortable pillows!! Location was excellent,

Very small room. 1 single elevator for a 14 story hotel. 1 restaurant staff member who would not allow the use of Vegemite in 'her' dining room.
